Land Allocation for Social and Economic Development Project (LASED)

What is LASED? LASED (Land Allocation for Social and EconomicDevelopment) is a project of the Royal Government of Cambodia.

Responsibility for implementation is shared jointly between the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction and the Ministry of Interior. LASED pilots the distribution of state land to landless and land-poor rural families for agricultural and residential purposes in a process initiated by communes.
