នៅថ្ងៃទី១ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តមសាស្រ្តាចារ្យបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ សុក ស៊ីផាន់ណា ទេសរដ្ឋមន្រ្តីទទួលបន្ទុកបេសកកម្មពិសេស និងជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការផ្តល់យោបល់លើគោលនយោបាយពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (គ.ផ.គ.ព.) បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាគណៈអធិបតី និងថ្លែងសន្ទរកថាបើកនៅក្នុងកិច្ចសន្ទនាយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦។ កិច្ចសន្ទនានេះមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីអ្នករៀបចំគោលនយោបាយជាន់ខ្ពស់ មន្រ្តីការទូត មន្ត្រីយោធា បញ្ញាវន្ត និងអ្នកអនុវត្តគោលនយោបាយដែលញ៉ាំងឱ្យការពិភាក្សាប្រកបដោយផ្លែផ្កា លើរឿងរ៉ាវដែលកំពុងប្រឈម និងវិវត្តន៍ទៅមុខនៅក្នុងសហគមន៍អាស៊ាន និងអាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ផងដែរ។

On June 1, 2026, H.E. Prof. Bundit Sapheacha Dr. SOK Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions and Chairman of the Trade Policy Advisory Board (TPAB), was invited to deliver the opening remarks at the Phnom Penh Strategic Dialogue 2026. The dialogue brought together senior policymakers, diplomats, military officials, scholars, and policy practitioners for a productive discussion on the evolving strategic environment facing ASEAN and Southeast Asia.

In addition to his opening address, Dr. Sok was invited to moderate the second high-level panel, titled "Hedging Under Pressure: Strategic Autonomy in an Era of Major Power Rivalry." The session featured esteemed panelists, including Dr. Cheng-Chwee Kuik, Professor at the National University of Malaysia; H.E. Vathouniyom Douangmala, Director General of the Institute of Foreign Affairs of Laos; Dr. Chheng Kimlong, President of the Asian Vision Institute, Cambodia; and Dr. Bradley Jensen Murg, Vice Rector at Paragon International University, and Distinguished Senior Fellow and Senior Advisor at the Cambodian Institute for Cooperation and Peace (CICP).

Following the dialogue, Dr. Sok attended a Gala Dinner celebrating the 30th Anniversary of the CICP. The event was also attended by H.E. Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, Secretary-General of ASEAN, alongside other distinguished regional leaders.

The Trade Policy Advisory Board (TPAB) issues a statement in full support of the special address delivered by Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, on the morning of June 2, 2026, concerning the Royal Government's resolution regarding overlapping maritime claims with Thailand through the compulsory conciliation mechanism under the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS).

On the margin of the courtesy call with Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN Sen, Acting Head of State of the Kingdom of Cambodia, on May 27, 2026, H.E. Prof. Bundit Sapheacha Dr. SOK Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions (Multilateral Trade and Economic Affairs), and Chairman of the Trade Policy Advisory Board (TPAB), received a courtesy call by Mr. Joo-Bong Park, Chairman of the Daejoo KC Group and Incheon Chamber of Commerce & Industry, at the Office of the Prime Minister (Peace Palace).

The discussion focused on strengthening Cambodia-Korea collaboration across a range of economic areas, including agriculture, tourism, and workforce development, with an emphasis on advancing high-potential sectors and fostering sustainable growth.

On May 26, 2026, H.E. Prof. Bandit Sapheacha Dr. Sok Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions (Multilateral Trade and Economic Affairs) and Chairman of the Trade Policy Advisory Board (TPAB), held a working session with H.E. Sisowath Doung Chanto, Secretary-General of the National Committee for Economic Productivity of Cambodia, along with his team, at the Office of the Prime Minister (Peace Palace).

The meeting focused on aligning strategic priorities with national socio-economic needs to enhance productivity, while exploring potential avenues for institutional cooperation moving forward.
