CHEC's vision: Cambodia government, civil society and community including PLHIV are working together effectively in their effort to halt the spread of HIV/AIDS, and have created and enabling environment for PLHIV and their families. For almost 20 years, CHEC has experienced of running a successful Education and HBC program implementation in the 7 Operational Districts within the provinces of Kandal, Kampong Chhnang, Prey Veng and Kampong Cham in Cambodia.
