នៅរសៀលថ្ងៃអង្គារ ២រោច ខែជេស្ឋ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២ ខែមិថុនា គ.ស.២០២៦ លោកស្រីបណ្ឌិត ហោ សុវឌ្ឍនា អគ្គនាយករង នៃនិយ័តករធានារ៉ាប់រងកម្ពុជា (ន.ធ.ក.) តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ ឯកឧត្តម ប៊ូ ច័ន្ទភីរូ អគ្គនាយកនៃ ន.ធ.ក. បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំពិភាក្សាបិទបញ្ចប់គម្រោង​ជំនួយបច្ចេកទេសពីជំនាញការការិយាល័យស្រាវជ្រាវម៉ាក្រូសេដ្ឋកិច្ចអាស៊ាន+៣ (AMRO) ព្រមទាំងវិទ្យាស្ថានទីផ្សារមូលធនកូរ៉េ (KCMI) សម្រាប់ការរៀបចំ របាយការណ៍ទស្សនវិស័យម៉ាក្រូសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនិងការវិវត្តនៃវិស័យហិរញ្ញវត្ថុមិនមែនធនាគារ ដំណាក់កាលទី១ ក្រោមកិច្ចដឹកនាំដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ ឯកឧត្ដម ម៉ី វ៉ាន់ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងជាអគ្គលេខាធិការ នៃអគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋាន អ.ស.ហ.។

On the afternoon of Tuesday, June 2nd, 2026, Dr. HOR Sovathana, Deputy Director General of the Insurance Regulator of Cambodia (IRC), highly representative of H.E. BOU Chanphirou, Director General of the IRC, attended the wrap-up meeting on the Technical Assistance Project from experts from the ASEAN+3 Macroeconomic Research Office (AMRO) and the Korea Capital Market Institute (KCMI) to prepare the Macroeconomic Outlook and Non-Bank Financial Sector Developments Report, Phase 1. The meeting was chaired by H.E. MEY Vann, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and Secretary General of the General Secretariat of the Non-Bank Financial Services Authority (FSA).

On the morning of Tuesday, 2nd June 2026, Dr. HOR Sovathana Deputy Director General of Insurance Regulator of Cambodia (IRC) highly representative of H.E. BOU Chanphirou, Director General of IRC, attended the Quad Meeting to report on the progress of the Sustainable Initiative under the ASEAN Insurance Regulators’ Meeting (AIRM) in the capacity as Chair of the 28th AIRM via Zoom.

On the morning of Tuesday, 26th May 2026, Dr. HOR Sovathana, Deputy Director General of the Insurance Regulator of Cambodia (IRC), highly representative of H.E. BOU Chanphirou, Director General of the IRC, attended and delivered a keynote address at the seminar on “Solar Energy and Insurance: Protecting Investment and Delivery", presided over by H.E. ROS Seilava, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and Vice Chairman of the Council of the Non-Bank Financial Services Authority (NBFSA). The seminar is co-organised by Forte Insurance (Cambodia) and Cambodia Re.

On the morning of Tuesday, 26th May 2026, Insurance Regulator of Cambodia (IRC) organized a dissemination workshop on “Guideline on Receiving and Settling Claim for Micro Insurance Company”, presided over by Mr. TOUCH Mengleng, Director of Market Development Department, highly representative of H.E. BOU Chanphirou, Director General of the IRC, with participation from chairman of Cambodia Insurance Broker Association and representatives from insurance broker companies.

On the afternoon of Thursday, 21st May 2025, Insurance Regulator of Cambodia (IRC) organized a dissemination seminar on “Procedure of Receiving and Resolving Insurance Complaint” at Kompong Chnang Province, presided over by Ms. TAN Linna, Deputy Director General of the IRC, highly representative of H.E. BOU Chanphirou, Director General of the IRC, with the participation of Mr. Siv Sarin, Deputy Director of Administration of Kampong Chhnang Province, relevant provincial departments/ institutions, competent authorities, private institutions, as well as students from high school in province.
