Opening hours and appointments
The Consular section opening hours for notarial, citizenship, passport services and consular assistance are Tuesday to Thursday from 13:00 to 15:00, by appointment only. Canadian Passports and Citizenship
The Consular section offers limited passport services (fee payment, certified copies of original documents, application form verification). Completed applications are sent to the Embassy of Canada in Bangkok, Thailand for processing. You may pick up your new passport at the Embassy in Phnom Penh. The Consular section may perform the following services:
• Certify true copies of a Canadian government document
• Witness a signature of a Canadian national

• Administer an oath/affidavit/affirmation and marking exhibit
• Issue a statement in lieu of certificate of non-impediment to marriage
