នាថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ១២កើត ខែជេស្ឋ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស. ២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែឧសភា គ.ស.២០២៦ នៅសណ្ឋាគារ អេមព្រីស អង្គរ ខេត្តសៀមរាប និយ័តករអាជីវកម្មអចលនវត្ថុ និងបញ្ចាំ (ន.អ.ប.) សហការជាមួយរដ្ឋបាលខេត្តសៀមរាប បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាផ្សព្វផ្សាយបទប្បញ្ញត្តិពាក់ព័ន្ធវិស័យអចលនវត្ថុ វិស័យបញ្ចាំ និងប្រាតិភោគដោយអនុប្បទាន ស្តីពី «បទប្បញ្ញត្តិនៃការគ្រប់គ្រងអាជីវកម្មអភិវឌ្ឍអចលនវត្ថុ» ជូនដល់គ្រប់ភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធ។
សិក្ខាសាលានេះ ប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ ឯកឧត្តម ជូ វណ្ណៈ អគ្គនាយកនៃ ន.អ.ប. និង ឯកឧត្តម លី សារី អភិបាលរងនៃគណៈអភិបាលខេត្តសៀមរាប ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីជំនាញនៃ ន.អ.ប. ព្រមទាំងតំណាងមកពីស្ថាប័ន ឬអង្គភាពពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដោយមានអ្នកចូលរួមសរុបប្រមាណ ៧០ នាក់។

On Thursday, May 28, 2026, at the Empress Angkor Hotel, Siem Reap Province,
the Real Estate Business and Pawnshop Regulator (RPR), in cooperation with the Siem Reap Provincial Administration, organized a dissemination workshop on regulations related to the real estate, pawnshop, and transfer of title as security sectors regarding “Regulations on the Management of Real Estate Development Businesses” for all relevant stakeholders.
The workshop was presided over by H.E. Chou Vannak, Director General of the RPR, and H.E. Ly Sary, Deputy Governor of Siem Reap Province. The event was also attended by the leadership and technical officials of the RPR, as well as representatives from relevant institutions and units, with a total of approximately 70 participants.

និយ័តករអាជីវកម្មអចលនវត្ថុ និងបញ្ចាំ (ន.អ.ប.) បានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំក្រុមការងាររៀបចំស្តង់ដាវាយតម្លៃអចលនវត្ថុកម្ពុជា (ក.ស.វ.អ.) ជាមួយសមាគមអ្នកវាយតម្លៃ និងភ្នាក់ងារអចលនវត្ថុកម្ពុជា។
កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ ឯកឧត្តម ជូ វណ្ណៈ អគ្គនាយកនៃ ន.អ.ប. ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីជំនាញនៃ ន.អ.ប. ព្រមទាំងលោក លោកស្រី ដែលជាតំណាងសមាគមអ្នកវាយតម្លៃ និងភ្នាក់ងារអចលនវត្ថុកម្ពុជា ដោយមានអ្នកចូលរួមសរុបប្រមាណ ២០នាក់។

On Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at the Department of Research, Training, and Cooperation building, the Real Estate Business and Pawnshop Regulator (RPR) organized a meeting of the Working Group for the Development of Cambodia Real Estate Valuation Standards with the Cambodian Valuers and Real Estate Agents Association (CVEA).
The meeting was presided over by H.E. Chou Vannak, Director General of the RPR, with the participation of the leadership and technical officials of the RPR, as well as representatives from the CVEA, with a total of approximately 20 participants.

Mr. Say Chivin, Deputy Director General of the Real Estate Business and Pawnshop Regulator (RPR), Highly Representative of H.E. Chou Vannak, Director General of the RPR, accompanied by Mr. Moeurn Sovannara, Director of the General Affairs Department, and technical officials, attended a meeting to review and discuss the draft Sub-Decree on “The Definition and Description of Specialized Professional Positions of the MEF, and Experience Sharing on Functional and Structural Analysis.”
The meeting was presided over by H.E. Ek Chantha, Secretary General and Vice-Chairman of the Public Administration Reform Working Group of the MEF. The event was also attended by Excellencies, ladies, and gentlemen representing the leadership and representatives from subordinate and supervised units under the MEF.

The Real Estate Business and Pawnshop Regulator (RPR) organized a dissemination workshop on regulations concerning inspection mechanisms in the real estate for licensed real estate development companies and enterprises, under the high presidency of H.E. Chou Vannak, Director General of the RPR, with the participation of leadership and technical officials from the Department of Supervision, as well as representative from Housing Development Association of Cambodia, representative from Land Development Association of Cambodia, and the owner or representatives from the respective real estate development companies and enterprises approximately 200 participants.
