មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលទីក្រុងឆ្លាតភ្នំពេញត្រូវបានសម្ពោធជាផ្លូវការ ដែលបង្ហាញនូវសមិទ្ធផលដ៏សំខាន់មួយក្នុងការពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងគ្រឹះស្ថានសាធារណៈ អ្នកជំនាញ ដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ និងសហគមន៍ ដើម្បីឆ្ពោះទៅរកទីក្រុងដែលមានចីរភាព និងបរិយាបន្ន។

ក្នុងរយៈពេលពីរថ្ងៃ កម្មវិធីសម្ភោអ និងកិច្ចពិភាក្សាថ្នាក់ជាតិបានប្រមូលផ្តុំអ្នកចូលរួមមកពីអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន និងស្ថាប័នដៃគូមកពីប្រទេសកម្ពុជា វៀតណាម កូរ៉េ និងប៊ែលហ្សិក។ ការពិភាក្សានេះបានបង្កើតជាវេទិកាក្នុងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធន៍ ស្វែងយល់ពីបញ្ហាប្រឈមផ្នែកនគរូបនីយកម្ម និងចែករំលែកគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមសម្រាប់ជំរុញការអភិវឌ្ឍទីក្រុងឆ្លាត។

កម្មវិធីនេះក៏បានរាប់បញ្ចូលទាំងការចុះទស្សនកិច្ចនៅរដ្ឋាករស្វយ័តដឹកជញ្ជូនសាធារណៈរថយន្តក្រុង និងមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលត្រួតពិនិត្យរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ​ ដោយផ្តល់ឱកាសឱ្យអ្នកចូលរួមបានសិក្សាស្វែងយល់ផ្ទាល់ពីដំណោះស្រាយការធ្វើដំណើរត្រូវបានអនុវត្តជាក់ស្តែងនៅក្នុងរាជធានី។

🎥 Smart City Hub Phnom Penh | Inauguration Ceremony Recap
The Smart City Hub Phnom Penh was officially inaugurated. It marked an important milestone in strengthening collaboration among public institutions, experts, partners, and communities toward a more sustainable and inclusive city.

Over two days, the opening ceremony and national dialogue brought together local authorities and partner institutions across Cambodia, Vietnam, Korea, and Belgium. The discussions created space to exchange experiences, explore urban challenges, and share ideas for advancing smart city development.

The programme also included a visit to the Phnom Penh City Bus Authority and Traffic Control Center. It allowed participants to discover how smart mobility solutions are being applied in practice in the capital.

មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលទីក្រុងឆ្លាតរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ត្រូវបានសម្ពោធបើកដំណើរការជាផ្លូវការនាថ្ងៃទី ២៧ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឯកឧត្តម សេង វណ្ណៈ អភិបាលរងនៃគណៈអភិបាលរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ, លោកស្រី Arianna ARDESI តំណាងសមាគមអន្តរជាតិនៃអភិបាលក្រុងប្រើប្រាស់ភាសាបារាំង (AIMF), លោក Igor DRIESMANS ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតសហភាពអឺរ៉ុបប្រចាំកម្ពុជា និង លោក Pierre DU VILLE អគ្គប្រតិភូសហគមន៍ Wallonia-Brussels International។

🎉 The Smart City Hub Phnom Penh Officially Inaugurated!

The Smart City Hub Phnom Penh was officially inaugurated on 27 October 2025, in the presence of H.E. SENG Vannak, Vice-Governor of Phnom Penh, Mrs. Arianna ARDESI, representative of AIMF, Mr. Igor DRIESMANS, Ambassador of the European Union to Cambodia, and Mr. Pierre DU VILLE, General Delegate of Wallonia-Brussels International.

This event marks the launch of a new collaborative space dedicated to urban innovation and co-creation for a smarter, more sustainable, and inclusive city.

This space is a platform to encourage collaboration and foster synergies between public and private stakeholders in the urban and digital, information and communication technology sectors. The Hub supports idea and data sharing, coordinates initiatives, encourages partnerships, and supports innovative and inclusive urban development in the capital through the implementation of the Phnom Penh Smart City Roadmap.

This achievement was made possible through the strong leadership of the Phnom Penh Capital Administration (PPCA) and the invaluable support of AIMF, the European Union (EU), and Wallonia through the AIMF Cooperation Fund.

We extend our sincere gratitude to all distinguished guests, speakers, and participants who joined us in celebrating this milestone and contributing to the dialogue on the future of smart, people-centered cities!
