នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ឃី សុវណ្ណរតនា រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ នៃក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ និងលោកស្រី Bridget Collier អនុប្រធានបេសកកម្មការទូតនៃស្ថានទូតអូស្រ្តាលីប្រចាំកម្ពុជា បានអញ្ជើញជាសហអធិបតី ក្នុងពិធីបើកវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពី «Future Analysis in International Relations» ដែលសហការរៀបចំដោយវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិការទូត និងទំនាក់ទំនងអន្តរជាតិ និងស្ថានទូតអូស្ត្រាលីប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រម្ពុជា ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីមន្រ្តីសរុបចំនួន២៥រូប នៃក្រសួងការបរទេសនិងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ និងក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ។

វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះមានគោលបំណងពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពមន្រ្តីកម្ពុជាលើការវិភាគនាពេលអនាគត វិធីសាស្រ្តវិភាគ ការវាយតម្លៃសេណារីយ៉ូ និន្នាការសកល និងការកំណត់យុទ្ធសាស្រ្តឆ្លើយតប ដោយផ្តោតសំខាន់លើវិស័យការទូត និងទំនាក់ទំនងអន្តរជាតិ។

ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិតរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃការពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពវិភាគ និងការប្រមើលមើលអនាគត ដើម្បីត្រៀមខ្លួនដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាប្រឈមជាសកល និងការចាប់យកឱកាសគាំទ្រយុទ្ធសាស្ត្ររបស់កម្ពុជាឆ្ពោះទៅរកប្រទេសមានចំណូលខ្ពស់នៅឆ្នាំ២០៥០។

On the morning of 1 June 2026, His Excellency Dr. KHY Sovanratana, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and Ms Bridget Collier, Deputy Head of Mission of the Australian Embassy to Cambodia, co-presided over the Opening Ceremony of the Training Course entitled “Future Analysis in International Relations”, co-organized by the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR) and the Australian Embassy to the Kingdom of Cambodia, with the participation of 25 officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and some relevant ministries and institutions.

This course aims to strengthen the capacity of Cambodian officials on future analysis, analytical methods, scenario assessment, global trends, and determining response strategies, with a focus on diplomacy and international relations.

His Excellency the Secretary of State highlighted the importance of strengthening analytical and foresight capabilities to address global challenges and seize opportunities to support Cambodia's strategy towards becoming a high-income country by 2050.

នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២៩ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ វិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិការទូត និងទំនាក់ទំនងអន្តរជាតិ បានរៀបចំពិធីបិទវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលស្ដីពី «ការទូតអាហារ» ជូនសិក្ខាកាមចំនួន១៦រូប ជាមន្រ្តីការទូត និងសហព័ទ្ធ មន្រ្តីការទូត នៃក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ។

ពិធីបិទវគ្គនេះបានប្រព្រឹត្តិទៅក្រោមអធិបតីភាព លោកជំទាវ ពេជ្រ ពុទ្ធិសាធបូព៌ានាគី រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ និងជាតំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ឯកឧត្តម ប្រាក់ សុខុន ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ ដោយមានការចូលរួមពី ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត បុង សុវត្ថិ អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ និងឯកឧត្តម ចឺយ វិចិត្ត ប្រធានវិទ្យាស្ថាន។

ថ្លែងក្នុងពិធីបិទ លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពី «ការទូតអាហារ» នេះ រៀបចំឡើងស្របតាមអនុសាសន៍ដ៏ថ្លៃថ្លា និងប្រកបដោយចក្ខុវិស័យដ៏វែងឆ្ងាយរបស់ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ប្រាក់ សុខុន សំដៅជំរុញការអនុវត្តយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តការទូតសេដ្ឋកិច្ចកម្ពុជាឱ្យកាន់តែសកម្ម និងមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព ព្រមទាំងលើកស្ទួយអត្តសញ្ញាណជាតិ ប្រវត្តិសាស្រ្ត វប្បធម៌ និងប្រពៃណីខ្មែរ តាមរយៈការចម្អិន និងបង្ហាញម្ហូបខ្មែរ ទៅកាន់ឆាកអន្តរជាតិឱ្យបានស៊ីជម្រៅ និងទូលំទូលាយ។

On the Morning of 29 May 2026, the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR) held the Closing Ceremony of the training course on “Culinary Diplomacy” for 16 diplomats and spouses of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.

The ceremony was presided over by Her Excellency. Mrs. PECH Puthisathbopeaneaky, Secretary of State, on behalf of His Excellency Prak Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, with the participation of His Excellency Dr. B**g Sovath, Undersecretary of State, and His Excellency Cheuy Vichet, Director General of NIDIR.

In her remarks, Her Excellency Secretary of State underscored that the course was conducted in accordance with the high instruction and the forward-looking vision of His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn, aiming to engage actively and effectively in implementing the Royal Government of Cambodia’s economic diplomacy strategy while also promoting Khmer identity, history, culture, and tradition to the world through cooking and showcasing Khmer cuisines.

នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តម ចឺយ វិចិត្ត ប្រធានវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិការទូត និងទំនាក់ទំនងអន្តរជាតិ បានជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយលោក Nguyen Huu Phu អនុប្រធានបេសកកម្មនៃស្ថានទូតវៀតណាមប្រចាំកម្ពុជា។

On the morning of 27 May 2026, His Excellency CHEUY Vichet, President of the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR), met with Mr. Nguyen Huu Phu, Deputy Head of Mission of the Embassy of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam to Cambodia.

The meeting focused on exchanging views on the implementation of joint cooperative activities under the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between NIDIR and the Diplomatic Academy of Viet Nam (DAV), as well as discussing plans for future cooperative activities between the two institutions.

នៅរសៀលថ្ងៃទី១៨​ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ វិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិការទូត និងទំនាក់ទំនងអន្តរជាតិ បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាស្តីពី «Machine of Conflict: AI, Diplomacy, and Escalation in Modern Warfare» ឧទ្ទេសនាមដោយ ឯកឧត្តម ឆែម គាតរិទ្ធី ទេសរដ្ឋមន្រ្តីទទួលបន្ទុកបេសកកម្មពិសេស និងជាប្រធានECOSOCC។ សិក្ខាសាលានេះមានអ្នកចូលរួមសរុបចំនួន​ ៣០នាក់ មកពីក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ។

សិក្ខាសាលានេះរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងពង្រឹងការយល់ដឹងអំពីទំនាក់ទំនងនៃបច្ចេកវិទ្យាយោធា ទៅនឹងស្ថាប័ននយោបាយធនធានសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងទ្រឹស្តីយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ ក៏ដូចជាវិភាគលើការប្រើប្រាស់ដ្រូន ( Drone Asymmetry )ហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធមីស៊ីល និងហានិភ័យនៃការរីករាលដាលអាវុធ-នុយក្លេអ៊ែរ ក្នុងបរិបទជម្លោះអាមេរិក-អ៊ីស្រាអែល ជាមួយអ៊ីរ៉ង់។

On the afternoon of 18 April 2025, the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR) conducted a training workshop entitled “Machine of Conflicts: AI, Diplomacy, and Escalation in Modern Warfare,” delivered by H.E. CHHEM Kieth Rithy, Senior Minister in Charge of Special Missions and Chairman of ECOSOCC. The workshop was attended by 30 officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.

The workshop was organized to strengthen participants’ understanding of the relationship between military technology, political institutions, economic resources, and strategic theories. It also examined the use of drones in asymmetric warfare, missile infrastructure, and the risks of nuclear proliferation in the context of the conflict involving the United States, Israel, and Iran.

ពិធីនេះបានប្រព្រឹត្ដទៅក្រោមអធិបតីភាពរបស់ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ឃី សុវណ្ណរតនា រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ និងជាតំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ប្រាក់ សុខុន រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ អមដោយ ឯកឧត្តម ចឺយ វិចិត្ត ប្រធានវិទ្យាស្ថាន។

ថ្លែងនៅក្នុងពិធីបើក ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានលើកឡើងថា ក្នុងនាមជាអ្នកការទូតកម្ពុជា យើងត្រូវពង្រឹងនិងលើកស្ទួយកិត្តិនាមនិងកិត្យានុភាពកម្ពុជា ដោយធ្វើការផ្សព្វផ្សាយដល់ពិភពលោកឱ្យបានស្គាល់ពីរសជាតិម្ហូបអាហារខ្មែរនិងសិល្បៈនៃការធ្វើម្ហូបទាំងនេះ ព្រោះវាជាឱកាសមួយចាំបាច់សម្រាប់លើកតម្កើងអត្តសញ្ញាណជាតិកម្ពុជា។

ឯកឧត្តមក៏បានលើកឡើងអំពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃការជំរុញការទូតអាហារនេះ និងលេីកទឹកចិត្តដល់សិក្ខាកាមទាំងអស់ត្រូវត្រងត្រាប់ស្តាប់ការបង្ហាត់បង្ហាញរបស់គ្រូឧទ្ទេស និងគ្រូចម្អិនម្ហូបអាហារ ដោយយកចិត្តទុកដាក់។

On the morning of 18 May 2026, the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR) held the opening ceremony for a training course on “Culinary Diplomacy” for 16 diplomats and diplomats’ spouses from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.

The ceremony was presided over by His Excellency Dr. KHY SovanRatana, Secretary of State and High Representative of His Excellency Prak Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and was accompanied by His Excellency Cheuy Vichet, President of NIDIR.

In his remarks, His Excellency the Secretary of State highlighted the important role of Cambodian diplomats in strengthening and promoting Cambodia’s reputation and prestige through the promotion of Khmer cuisine and culinary arts to the international community. He noted that this initiative provides an important opportunity to further enhance Cambodia’s national identity.

His Excellency also stressed the importance of culinary diplomacy and encouraged all trainees to pay close attention to the lessons and presentations delivered by the trainers and chefs.

កិច្ចប្រជុំបានពិភាក្សាផ្តោតសំខាន់លើសក្តានុពលក្នុងការជំរុញកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិការទូត និងទំនាក់ទំនងអន្តជាតិ និងសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ ADA នៃក្រសួងការបរទេសសាធារណរដ្ឋអាស៊ែបៃហ្សង់ ដើម្បីពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពមន្រ្តីការទូតនៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរ។

On the morning of 13 May 2026, His Excellency CHEUY Vichet, Director General of the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR), held a meeting with His Excellency Elchin Amirbayov, Representative of the President of Azerbaijan for Special Assignments at NIDIR.

The discussion focused on the potential for enhancing cooperation between the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations and ADA University of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan to strengthen the capacity-building of diplomats from both countries.

On the afternoon of May 4, 2026, His Excellency Cheuy Vichet, Director General of the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR), held a meeting with Ms. Bridget Collier, Chargé d'Affaires of the Australian Embassy to the Kingdom of Cambodia. The meeting focused on cooperation on training and capacity development of Cambodian diplomats for 2026.

His Excellency Director General expressed gratitude to the Australian Government, through the Australian Embassy to the Kingdom of Cambodia, for its continuous support of training programs aimed at strengthening the capacity of Cambodian diplomats. Ms. Chargé d'Affaires also reaffirmed her commitment to continue supporting various training programs of NIDIR.

នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២៩ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ វិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិការទូតនិងទំនាក់ទំនងអន្តរជាតិ ក្រោមកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាមួយវិទ្យាស្ថានវិជ្ជាជីវៈពាណិជ្ជកម្មអន្តរជាតិហ៊ូណាន និងទទួលបានការគាំទ្រពីក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន និងស្ថានទូតនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិនប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានរៀបចំពិធីបិទវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាល និងចែកវិញ្ញាបនបត្រជូនមន្រ្តីចំនួន ៣០រូប ដែលបានចូលរួមវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលក្រៅប្រទេសចិនស្តីអំពី «ការកសាងសមត្ថភាពការទូតឌីជីថលសម្រាប់មន្រ្តីការទូតកម្ពុជា» នៅសណ្ឋាគារ Sun & Moon Riverside រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។ ពិធីបិទវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ បានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្រោមអធិបតីភាពរបស់ ឯកឧត្តម ចឺយ វិចិត្ត ប្រធានវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិការទូត និងទំនាក់ទំនងអន្តរជាតិ និងលោក LI Guodong លេខាធិការទី១ និងជាតំណាងនៃស្ថានទូតសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិនប្រចាំកម្ពុជា។

ថ្លែងក្នុងពិធីបិទវគ្គខាងលើ ឯកឧត្តមប្រធានវិទ្យាស្ថាន បានធ្វើការគូសបញ្ជាក់ពីភាពជាដៃគូដ៏រឹងមាំ និងការសហការដ៏ស្អិតរមួតរវាងកម្ពុជា និងចិន នៅក្នុងការកសាងសមត្ថភាពមន្រ្តីកម្ពុជា ដែលជាការឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងអំពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរបស់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំកំពូលនៃប្រទេសយើងទាំងពីរ ថា «កម្ពុជា និងចិន គឺជាដៃគូយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយ ជាមិត្តដែកថែប ដែលបាននិងកំពុងខិតខំកសាងសហគមន៍វាសនារួមកម្ពុជា-ចិន គ្រប់រដូវកាលក្នុងយុគសម័យថ្មី»។

On the morning of 29 April 2026, the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR), in cooperation with Hunan International Business Vocational College, and with support from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the Ministry of Commerce of China, and the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China to the Kingdom of Cambodia, held a Closing Ceremony and certificate handover for 30 officials who completed the training course on “Digital Diplomacy Capacity Building for Cambodian Diplomats” at Sun & Moon Riverside Hotel in Phnom Penh. The Ceremony was presided over by H.E. CHEUY Vichet, President of NIDIR, and Mr. LI Guodong, First Secretary and Representative of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China to Cambodia.

Speaking at the Closing Ceremony, His Excellency the President underscored the enduring strength of the Cambodia–China partnership and the close cooperation between the two countries in advancing capacity-building for Cambodian officials, which reflects the steadfast commitment of the top leaders that “Cambodia and China uphold a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership and an ironclad friendship, and are working together to build a Cambodia–China community with a shared future in all seasons in the new era.”

នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ឃី សុវណ្ណរតនា រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ប្រាក់ សុខុន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពិធីបើកវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពី «ការកសាងសមត្ថភាពការទូតឌីជីថលសម្រាប់មន្រ្តីការទូតកម្ពុជា» នៅសណ្ឋាគារ SUN & MOON Riverside រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។ ពិធីបើកវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះក៏មានការចូលរួមពី ឯកឧត្តម ចឺយ វិចិត្ត ប្រធានវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិការទូត និងទំនាក់ទំនងអន្តរជាតិ និងលោកជំទាវ ZHONG Jie អគ្គទីប្រឹក្សា នៃស្ថានទូតសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិនប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ផងដែរ។

វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ សហការរៀបចំឡើងដោយ វិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិការទូតនិងទំនាក់ទំនងអន្តរជាតិ និងវិទ្យាស្ថានវិជ្ជាជីវៈពាណិជ្ជកម្មអន្តរជាតិខេត្តហ៊ូណាន និងទទួលបានការគាំទ្រពី ក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មនៃសាធារណៈរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន និងស្ថានទូតសាធារណៈរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិនប្រចាំកម្ពុជា ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីមន្រ្តីចំនួន ៣០រូប មកពីក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ ក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍ និងទូរគមនាគមន៍ ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្ម វិទ្យាសាស្រ្ត បច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងនវានុវត្តន៍ ក្រសួងការងារ និងបណ្តុះបណ្តាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈ និងក្រសួងផែនការ។

វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះមានគោលបំណងពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពមន្រ្តីកម្ពុជាលើវិស័យការទូតឌីជីថល និងដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់ការអនុវត្តការទូតឌីជីថលឱ្យមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពខ្ពស់ និងបន្តពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាយុទ្ឋសាស្រ្តរវាងកម្ពុជា និងចិន។
ថ្លែងក្នុងឱកាសបើកកម្មវិធី ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិតរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់ថា ការទូតឌីជីថល គឺច្រកផ្លូវដ៏សំខាន់បំផុតមួយ សម្រាប់ជំរុញគោលនយោបាយការបរទេស ការគ្រប់គ្រងទំនាក់ទំនងអន្តរជាតិ ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងការកសាងភាពជាដៃគូយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តក្នុងវិស័យនយោបាយ-សន្តិសុខ សេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងសង្គម-វប្បធម៌។

On the morning of 21 April 2026, His Excellency Dr. KHY Sovanratana, Secretary of State, on behalf of His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, attended the Opening Ceremony of the Training Course entitled “Digital Diplomacy Capacity Building for Cambodian Diplomats” at the SUN & MOON Riverside Hotel. The Ceremony was also attended by His Excellency CHEUY Vichet, President of the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR), and Her Excellency Zhong Jie, Minister Counsellor of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China to Cambodia.

The Training Course is co-organized by the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR), in cooperation with Hunan International Business Vocational College, with support from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, and the Embassy of the People's Republic of China to the Kingdom of Cambodia, with participation of 30 officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Ministry of Post and Telecommunication, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation, Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, and Ministry of Planning.

The Training aims to strengthen the capacity of Cambodian government officials in the field of digital diplomacy, enhance the effective implementation of digital diplomacy in foreign affairs, and further deepen the strong cooperation between Cambodia and China.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, His Excellency the Secretary of State emphasized that digital diplomacy is a crucial gateway for advancing foreign policy, managing and strengthening international relations, promoting trade cooperation, and building strategic partnerships across the political-security, economic, and socio-cultural sectors.
