Staff of the Department of Community Development and Social Services got the chance to unwind with a ‘Positive Pause’ session - the second of its kind - on Thursday, July 14th at its Lime Kiln offices.
Held as a chance for staff to be refreshed and rejuvenated, Thursday’s activity featured a dynamic and inspiring session by His Excellency Kenny Douglas, who demonstrated physical and mental exercises while reinforcing the importance of being consistent. A known Physiotherapist and Trainer, Ambassador Douglas also shared a practical four-day exercise routine, equipping officers to be active and focused to face the challenges of the week.
‘Positive Pause’ then continued with games that helped staff relax, unwind and connect as a rejuvenated body.
The Department thanks Ambassador Douglas for his impactful presence and motivation to the CDSS team.
