ICYMI: The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) Director-General QU Dongyu met with members of the youth and young professional delegation attending in Seoul to share his support for their actions in the forest sector.

During the meeting, Mr. Qu congratulated the youth delegation on their involvement and commitment, including the Youth Declaration developed for the Congress, and encouraged young people to bring their ideas further to other governance forums and policy discussions. The group of youth also highlighted some of the key issues to enhance their meaningful participation and inclusion in the forest sector.
