(few seats left!)
𝐊𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬

Join us this May for a Korean cooking class featuring two refreshing and flavorful dishes: 닭갈비(Dakgalbi) and 오이냉국 (Oinaengguk).
Dakgalbi (spicy stir-fried chicken) is beloved Korean dish made with tender chicken marinated in a rich, gochujang-based sauce, then stir-fried with cabbage, sweet potatoes, and sometimes chewy rice cakes. It is bold, slightly spicy, and deeply savory, pairing perfectly with rice (especially when you finish things off with 볶음밥/bokkeumbap made from the leftover sauce!).

Oinaengguk (chilled cucumber soup) is the perfect complement, light, crisp, and refreshing. Made with fresh cucumbers in a tangy, slightly sweet and vinegary broth, it is served ice-cold and offers a cooling balance to the richness of the dakgalbi.

Come and experience the harmonay of hot and cool flavors, and learn how to recreate these classic Korean dishes yourself!
