පහත අංක සඳහන් අයදුම්පත්වලට අදාළ නව ගමන් බලපත්ර පමණක් තානාපති කාර්යාලය වෙත ලැබී ඇත.
එය ලබා ගැනීම සඳහා කාර්යාල දිනවල උදෑසන 8.30 සිට දහවල් 12.30 අතර කාලය තුළ අදාළ කහ පැහැති රිසිට්පත සහ ඔබ සතු ගමන් බලපත්රය ද රැගෙන ආ යුතුය. ඊට අමතරව තාවකාලික ගමන් බලපත්රයක් ඔබ සතුව ඇත්නම් එය ද අනිවාර්යයෙන් ම රැගෙන ආ යුතුය
දරුවන්ගේ ගමන් බලපත්ර ලබා ගැනීමට පැමිණෙන මව හෝ පියා කහ පැහැති රිසිට්පත සමග තමාගේ ගමන් බලපත්රය සහ දරුවාගේ උප්පැන්න සහතිකය ද රැගෙන ආ යුතුය. එසේම දරුවෙකුට දැනටමත් වලංගු ගමන් බලපත්රය හෝ තාවකාලික ගමන් බලපත්රයක් ඇත්නම් එය ද රැගෙන ආ යුතුය.
ගමන් බලපත්රය නිකුත් කරනු ලබන්නේ අදාළ හිමිකරුට පමණක්
බව කාරුණිකව සලකන්න.

கீழ்வரும் இலக்கங்களையுடைய விண்ணப்பதாரிகளின் கடவுச்சீட்டுகள் மாத்திரம் தற்போது தூதரகத்துக்கு கிடைக்கப்பெற்றுள்ளன.
கடவுச்சீட்டுகளை வார நாட்களில் காலை 08.30 மணி முதல் பிற்பகல் 12.30 வரை பெற்றுக் கொள்ளலாம்.
கடவுச்சீட்டைப் பெற மஞ்சள் நிற பற்றுச்சீட்டு ,
தற்போது பாவனையிலுள்ள கடவுச்சீட்டு ஆகியவற்றை எடுத்து வர வேண்டும் . அத்தோடு தற்காலிக கடவுச்சீட்டொன்று உங்கள் வசம் இருப்பின் அதனையும் எடுத்து வருவது அவசியமாகும் .
பிள்ளைகளின் கடவுச்சீட்டைப் பெற்றுக் கொள்ள வருகை தரும் தாய் அல்லது தந்தை , தனது கடவுச்சீட்டை எடுத்து வருவதோடு மஞ்சள் நிற
பற்றுச்சீட்டு , குழந்தையின் பிறப்புச் சான்றிதழ் ஆகியவற்றை எடுத்து வருவது அவசியமாகும்
அத்தோடு தற்போது பிள்ளையிடம் தற்காலிக அல்லது செல்லுபடியான கடவுச்சீட்டொன்று இருப்பின் அதனையும் எடுத்து வருவது அவசியமாகும் .
கடவுச்சீட்டுகள் அதன் உரிமையாளர்களிடம் மட்டுமே கையளிக்கப்படும் என்பதனை தயவு கூர்ந்து கவனத்திற் கொள்ளவும்.

The Embassy of Sri Lanka in Kuwait has received new Passports relevant to the following reference numbers of applications.
To collect the new Passports, you are kindly requested to visit the Embassy during weekdays from 8.30 am to 12.30 pm with the payment receipt (yellow color) issued by the Embassy and the current passport. In addition, if you have a Temporary Travel Document, you should bring the same as well.
If the legal guardian (Mother or Father) comes to collect the new Passport of their child, he or she has to submit the payment receipt (yellow colour), his or her Passport and Birth Certificate of the child.
In addition, if a valid Passport or Temporary Travel Document has
been issued to the child, Mother or Father or legal guardian should submit the same to the Embassy when collecting the new Passport of the child.
Please be noted that the Passports are only issued to the relevant person in compliance to the above guidelines.
