I want to ask your self how long can you hold this cup of coffee up in the air ?
For the first few minutes you will start to get a little tired
After an hour your arm start to feel numb
Can you imagine holding this cup for a day ? Or a year ?
Same thing with your negative emotions.. same thing with your stress .. worries.. trauma
The more you are holding on this feeling the worst will be to your mind and body .. soon enough you will feel heavy your entire life will get affected
The best way to feel light again .. happy .. calm .. is to start release what ever you are holding
Remember life suppose to be smooth

Best time to prepare your goals list

And ask how do you really treat your self on a daily basis ?
Do you forgive your self when you make mistakes?
Is your mind kind to your body and soul?
Personally i discover i was tending to blame my self
Criticize my self
Put my self down
And i know many can relate to this
Let me tell you something.. the way you treat your self is the same way others will treat you .. if you blame criticize or saying bad things about your self eventually you will start to believe this ,, you will attract situation and people how will proof to you that your beliefs is right
So if you want to start to attract more supportive people who will treat you the way you deserve and to attract good things to your life
Few step to start:
change your thoughts
Change your beliefs
Forgive your self
Have compassion toward your self
What will help me change when i started to take theta sessions and once i saw i different my thoughts become and how self awareness i gain i started to take the courses that certified me to give these sessions by my self and share this knowledge with others to improve there life

With the start of new month .. العربي 👇
It's important to set a small goals every month or week it's a way to commit and organize things instead of crowding your mind with many thoughts just try to set with your notebook start with smalls goals especially of you are new to this and set your priority what is the most important thing you wanted to be done for the next month?
My suggestion to focus on one area of your life and start with easy things that you know you can do it and then the next month you can go bigger just a way to train the mind that what ever you write you can make it happen
And always write your goals like its already happen.
Just think how good you will feel when you check your list in the end of the month and seeing you did some or all your goals🥳
Remember to have fun with it , this list is not a way to punish your self if you didn't reach your goal , it's a way to learn and educate your self how to commit and what you can do to make things happen
Under each goal you can write few things that will help you to reach your goals.

مع بداية شهر يديد حلو نخطط حق اهداف صغيره نقدر نسويها خلال هذا الشهر
التخطيط حيل مهم لترتيب الافكار و يسهل الالتزام
لما تشوف اهدافك مكتوبه راح يصير لها معنى و راح تييلك افكار شلون توصل لها 👌
دايما ابتدو باهداف بسيطه خصوصا اذا كانت هذي اول تجربه لكم بكتابه الاهداف و مع الوقت تقدرون تزيدون

هذا الشي يصير لانه وقت الحدث السلبي بدال لا تطلع المشاعر و نواجهها و نفهمها نكتمها و نظن انه هالشي راح يخفيها لكن بالعكس ممكن هالشي يقويها و يزيدها و تلاحظ نفسك تعصب من ابسط شي و تحزن او تكتئب بدون سبب لكن بوقت الي تواجه في مشاعرك و الاشياء الصعبه الي مريت فيها بالطريقه الصح افكارك راح تبدى تتحسن و تلقى نفسك تحب و تعرف شلون تسترخي 🤗🥰

If you want to know what your future will look like just take a day to notice your thoughts
What you are thinking about most of the time?
Is your life easy or hard? Are you getting what you want ? Did your plans work well ? Do you know what you want?
Most of the time we focus on what we don't have or what we don't want believe it or not this way of thinking will bring you more of what you don't want because when you think this way you will vibrate lack and need which will bring you more lack and need
It's time to shift your way of thinking to what you want and to remove the blockage that limiting you from reaching your goals.
One way to do that is by theta sessions where we will change the beliefs, behaviour and the way you think so you will attract more of what you want and see the life from different perspective

Take some time from your day to just focus on your breath 🧘♀️
Most of our day we focus on the outside or thinking about something happen in the past or what plans we have for the future
We need to realise that the only true thing in life is the breath
Practice to just be in the moment focusing on what happening inside because when you fix the inside the outside will change to the way you want
My favourite breathing exercises in the morning is to inhale - hold - exhale - hold all for 4 seconds this will help your mind to focus and your body to have energy 5 to 10 minutes of this breathing will be enough to start your day right 🤩👌
اخذو ١٠ دقايق من يومكم تركزون في عالنفس ، اكثر وقتنا اما نفكر بالماضي او نخطط للمستقبل و تركيزنا دايما للخارج
١٠ دقايق من يومكم بس ركزو على نفسكم و شنو قاعد يصير معاكم من داخل ، شنو مشاعركم بهاللحظه ، الخارج ماراح يتغير الا اذا الداخل تغير

Today is Psychological health day 💫
every one focus on there health through the look of there body or how there body feel and of course this is very important, but take some time to check your health through your mind how's your mind feel today ? How's your thoughts in general? Are you more focusing on what bad in your life ? Do you get stress , angry or upset easily?
If you have a yes answer on any of these questions you might want to change that, many ways to boost your brain and mind health through doing yoga , therapy, theta sessions or just try to have fun with something you actually like to do
Keep in your mind your body wont be completely healthy if your mind not 🧘♀️🧘♀️
