Public Advisory to Ghanaian Nationals in the State of Kuwait and the Republic of Iraq

On Wednesday, 11th February 2026, the staff of the Embassy of Ghana in Kuwait joined Ghanaian students of Kuwait University at the University’s Museum Show, held at the Shaddadiya Campus. The event sought to foster cultural exchange through the exhibition of cultural artefacts and souvenirs from participating countries.
The Ghanaian students, with the support of Mission staff, proudly showcased Ghana’s rich cultural heritage with an impressive display of traditional artefacts, national symbols, and selected Ghanaian cuisine. The Ghana stand was well patronised and warmly received, further enhancing Ghana’s cultural visibility and strengthening people-to-people ties.

The popular Ghana Jollof was served and the National Fugu Day observed

The Embassy of the Republic of Ghana in the State of Kuwait extends warm New Year greetings to all members of the Ghanaian community in both Kuwait and Iraq, and wishes everyone a happy, peaceful, and prosperous New Year.

On Thursday, 11th December 2025, the Embassy of Ghana in Kuwait joined staff and students of Gulf University for Science and Technology in a vibrant international cultural day celebration. The event sought to enhance cultural exchange and diversity within the university and surrounding community.
