Your launch environment matters. So does your cap table.
Through the Cayman Enterprise City (CEC) Special Economic Zone (SEZ), founders can establish a genuine physical presence in a purpose-built, business-focused community designed to promote innovation, collaboration, and growth; and CEC enables founders to launch and operate with no unwanted cap table consequences.
100% foreign ownership is permitted, including that CEC will not seek to acquire equity in your project in exchange for its provision of services. This gives founders the confidence to build from a credible, tax-neutral jurisdiction while retaining full cap table (and developmental) control.
A professional launch environment. First-rate founder support services. Your equity stays yours.
That's the CEC advantage.

Elite athletes compete globally, earn globally, and build brands across multiple markets. The right structure behind them matters.
Max Starks, Director of Connect Sports and a two-time Super Bowl Champion with the Pittsburgh Steelers, explains: “Most athletes earn across multiple markets but don’t have the right structure behind them. This platform gives them a base to train, manage their income more efficiently, and start building something that lasts beyond their playing career, a business, a brand, and long-term financial security.”
Through Connect Sports, in partnership with Cayman Enterprise City (CEC), internationally mobile athletes can establish a structured base in the Cayman Islands, combining performance, residency, enterprise, and long-term value creation.
Performance has a new home.

Our latest independent Socio-Economic Impact Assessment, prepared by economist Marla Dukharan, highlights Cayman Enterprise City’s growing contribution to economic diversification, Caymanian employment, local business activity, innovation, and future-focused skills development.
In 2025 alone:
• CEC and Special Economic Zone companies generated USD $152,3 million in economic impact
• USD $51,6 million circulated through the local economy through salary-driven consumption
• 164 Cayman businesses supplied goods and services to The Zone
• USD $22 million in salaries was paid to Caymanians and Permanent Residents
• 61% of Caymanian and Permanent Resident employees held professional or leadership roles
• 80% worked in roles considered future-proof or strategically stable
The findings point to the emergence of a meaningful third economic pillar for Cayman, one connecting our Islands to high-growth global industries while creating local opportunities, supporting Caymanian talent, and strengthening long-term economic resilience.
Through Enterprise Cayman, this impact extends into the wider community. Since 2012, 177 interns have been placed, and more than USD $750,000 has been invested in skills training and human capital development.
This is what economic diversification looks like in practice: global businesses establishing a genuine presence in Cayman, local companies benefiting from increased economic activity, and Caymanians gaining access to the industries and careers shaping the future.
