🇳🇱🇰🇿 Ambassador Nico Schermers opened a project on human rights and the rule of law at the Constitutional Court of Kazakhstan, participated in the Regional Ecological Summit where he spoke at a UN Women event, and supported Dutch companies at the international expo.

🇳🇱🇰🇿 One day in diplomacy - from discussions on medical technologies to opening the Dutch pavilion at the Grow & Flower Expo, this is how cooperation between the Netherlands and Kazakhstan takes shape in practice.
The Netherlands is the largest investor in Kazakhstan, with nearly 1,000 Dutch companies active in the country - and growing.

🇳🇱🇰🇿В течение трёх насыщенных и вдохновляющих дней в Резиденции Посла Королевства Нидерландов в Республике Казахстан проходили тренинги для участников проекта «Лидеров Единомышленников» из Туркестана.

Для нас было большой честью открыть двери резиденции и создать пространство для обучения, диалога и вдохновения для этого талантливого и любознательного поколения.

На протяжении этих дней ребята работали над лидерскими навыками, учились командной работе, обсуждали ценности ответственности, сотрудничества и служения обществу.

Такие встречи напоминают, насколько важно поддерживать молодёжь, создавать возможности для развития и верить в потенциал нового поколения.

Именно через образование, диалог и совместные ценности формируются будущие лидеры, которые будут строить сильное и ответственное общество.

🇳🇱🇰🇿🇺🇦 Today marks four years since Russia launched its full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Nico Schermers, signed the book of support at the Embassy of Ukraine, reaffirming the Netherlands’ unwavering commitment to Ukraine. The Netherlands will continue to support Ukraine — both militarily and non-militarily — for as long as necessary.

🇳🇱🇰🇿 Official visit of Ambassador Nico Schermers to the Zhambyl region.
The Netherlands is proud to be the largest foreign investor in Kazakhstan, with over 900 Dutch companies operating in the country.
Although the Netherlands is three times smaller in size than the Zhambyl region, it is the world’s second-largest agricultural exporter — proving that innovation, efficiency, and partnership matter more than size.
The aim of the trip was to increase bilateral relations between the Zhambyl region and The Netherlands.
