This training program is designed to provide participants with foundational knowledge and hands-on experience in behavioral therapy principles, with a strong focus on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
The program emphasizes real-life application, structured practice, and readiness for work in educational and therapeutic settings.
➡️🌎 Training Objectives
By the end of the training, participants will be able to:
• Understand the core principles of behavioral therapy and ABA
• Apply conditioning principles (reinforcement, punishment, extinction, shaping)
• Identify, analyze, and manage problematic behaviors
• Understand the steps of learning and skill acquisition in ABA
• Design basic intervention strategies appropriate for children and adolescents with ASD
• Practice behavioral techniques through role-play and guided exercises

• Young professionals interested in behavioral therapy
• Psychology and education students
• Educators and school staff
• Parents of children and adolescents with ASD
• Individuals seeking employment in autism intervention centers,
