🇱🇧 At a time of ongoing crisis, strong public institutions are essential to ensure continuity, and better services for citizens.
In Beirut, senior public officials gathered to discuss Lebanon’s Reference Manual of Jobs and Competencies: a reform tool designed to clarify roles, strengthen skills, and support public administrations in responding more effectively to today’s challenges.🤝🏼
