Menstrual justice is a right.
This post breaks down our recommendations based on the key findings from โNo Time to Bleedโ, a participatory research report on how the Kafala system in Lebanon fuels menstrual injustice for migrant domestic workers.
From denying rest to withholding pads, the system is built to control. Our demands are clear:
๐ Abolish Kafala
๐ฅ Recognise Menstrual Health
๐งผ Ensure Access to Products
โ๏ธ Accountability for Employers and Agencies
๐ฃ Center migrant voices in policy
๐ Challenge Stigma through Education
