Support our Fundraising Campaign for Reclaim Our Rights members, a migrant-led collective focusing on mutual aid and community-centred humanitarian assistance.

We urgently call on the government and INGOs to open additional emergency shelters in preparation for the immediate escalation of violence and wave of displacement.

Menstrual justice is a right.

This post breaks down our recommendations based on the key findings from “No Time to Bleed”, a participatory research report on how the Kafala system in Lebanon fuels menstrual injustice for migrant domestic workers.

From denying rest to withholding pads, the system is built to control. Our demands are clear:

On the occasion of International Menstrual Health Day, MWA together with Jeyetna and six Migrant Community Leaders is launching their report: *No Time To Bleed - Menstrual Experiences Under The Kafala System*.

The report is the result of a one-year long participatory research project, based on 90 interviews and 2 FGDs discussing period poverty and forced labour under the Kafala system.
