In this Volume Up! piece, she shares what it means to return home with nothing but her life - and the courage to speak out.

Menstrual justice is a right.

This post breaks down our recommendations based on the key findings from โ€œNo Time to Bleedโ€, a participatory research report on how the Kafala system in Lebanon fuels menstrual injustice for migrant domestic workers.

From denying rest to withholding pads, the system is built to control. Our demands are clear:

๐Ÿ›‘ Abolish Kafala
๐Ÿฅ Recognise Menstrual Health
๐Ÿงผ Ensure Access to Products
โš–๏ธ Accountability for Employers and Agencies
๐Ÿ“ฃ Center migrant voices in policy
๐Ÿ“š Challenge Stigma through Education

Swipe through and stand with MDWs in demanding menstrual justice for all.
