Today, we pause to honour the profound sacrifice of Jesus Christ, who bore our sins and sorrow so we could receive hope and healing. On this sacred day, we reflect on the depth of divine love and mercy poured out on the Cross.

"He was pierced for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on Him, and by His wounds we are healed." – Isaiah 53:5

At Saint Lucy’s Home, we remember this sacrificial love as we strive to serve with compassion and dignity every day.

Today, the world pauses in solemn silence. The tomb is sealed, yet hope quietly stirs beneath the surface. As we reflect on this sacred day, may we find strength in the stillness and peace in the promise of what is to come.
