Our main objective is to be the organization with the best support and services for people living with HIV in entire Sri Lanka.
We are now in the process of expanding counselling services, setting up small groups in main towns to identify affected clients, increase collecting grants, dry rations and self-employment opportunities, support clients to get other tests from outside Government hospitals and provide home-based care and medical treatment for outstation clients. Importantly, need more “force” advertising in the Mass Media to address “Stigma & Discrimination” among community and family members.

අද ලෝක ඒඩ්ස් දිනයයි. නමුත් මුලු රටම ස්වාභාවික ව්යසනයකට පත්වෙලා තියන අවස්තාවේදී අපිට ඒක සමරන්න අවස්තාවක් නෑ. මොකද පොසිටිව් විමෙන්ස් නෙට්වර්ක් වන අප ආයතනයත් ගංවතුරෙන් විශාල පීඩාවකට පත්ව ඇති නිසා.
මෙහි බරපතළ කම සහ පීඩාව දැනුනෙ අපිත් ඒ අවස්තාවට මුහුන දීමට සිදු වූ නිසාවෙන්ය. කෙනෙකුට දුකක් කරදරයක් ආවම තමයි අනෙකාගෙ අපහසුතා තේරුම් ගන්න පුලුවන් වෙන්නෙ. ඉතින් අපේ ප්රාර්තනාව රටවාසී සියලු දෙනාට ඉක්මනින් මෙම තත්වයෙන් මිදෙන්න ශක්තිය සහ ආශිර්වාදය දෙවියන් වහන්සගෙන් ලැබේවා යන්නයි !.
