Sri Lanka needs competent politicians in the parliament. Party does not matter. The current constitution supports an ideal governing system. Competent legislators means better bills, solutions, economic policies, budget allocations, loan agreements, international affairs and development schemes.

ලංකාවේ පාර්ලිමේන්තුවට‍ අවශ්‍ය කරන්නේ දක්ෂ සහ බුද්ධිමත් දේශපාලකයෝ මිසක් 2/3ක බලයක් නොවේ. පක්ෂ හෝ පාට වැදගත් නැහැ. වත්මන් ආණ්ඩුක්‍රම ව්‍යවස්ථාව පරිපූර්ණ පාලන ක්‍රමයකට සහය දක්වයි. ඒ කියන්නේ, රටට අවශ්‍ය වන්නේ දක්ෂ ව්‍යවස්ථාදායකයෝ ය. දක්ෂ ව්‍යවස්ථාදායකයන් පාර්ලිමේන්තුවට‍ පත් කරගත්තොත් අපට වඩා හොඳ බිල්පත්, විසඳුම්, ආර්ථික ප්‍රතිපත්ති, අයවැය ප්‍රතිපාදන, ණය ගිවිසුම්, ජාත්‍යන්තර කටයුතු සහ සංවර්ධන යෝජනා ක්‍රම සකස් කර ගත හැකි වේ.

Election is just around the corner; you might be cheering for SLPP, UNP, SJB, JJB(NPP) or any other independent party. But before you vote, think twice and vote wisely. If you elect competent politicians to the parliament, we might just be able to rebuild our country. There is nothing wrong with the current constitution, other than previous presidents being protected from the law. The current constitution lays foundation for an ideal governing system as bills are passed after being subjected to critical criticism. Here is a list of the candidates we want to endorse this election,
