We would like to thank the guest speaker *Mrs. Nilu Thenakoon* for providing us with insight into the field of political science and preparing students of political science for their future.

The Royal College Political Science Society Successfully concluded the project *_Prapancha'25_* , the Political Science Day of Royal College.

With *100+ participants* from schools around Colombo and the former chairman of the election commissioner as the chief guest and guest lecturer.

Compromising of a lecture by Mr. Mahinda Deshapriya, a debating competition between participating schools and a model parliament session.

We managed to successfully nurture and promote the field of political science.

With profound sadness, we announce the sudden passing of
Pansilu Kavirathna, Chairman of the Political Science Society of Royal College, following a tragic accident. His vibrant presence and dedication to the society will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
