ඛෙත්තාරාම පිට්ටනිය හැදුවේ කවුද?

ඛෙත්තාරාම පිට්ටනිය හැදුවේ රාජ්‍ය ඉංජිනේරු සංස්ථාව කියලා අතිශෝක්තියෙන් ලියපු කතාවක් වයිරල් වෙනවා. ඒක බොරුවක්. ඛෙත්තාරාමය හැදුවේ කොළඹ මහ නගර සභාව මිසක් ඉංජිනේරු සංස්ථාව නෙවෙයි. මේ ඒක කරපු මිනිස්සුන්ගේ නම් ගම් ටික.

කොළඹ කුණු ගොඩ ගහපු පිට්ටනියක්, මාස 6 යි දින 10 ක් තුල පිට්ටනියක් කිරීමේ ගෞරවය ආර්.ප්‍රේමදාස මහතාට හිමිවිය යුතුයි. උදේ හවස ප්‍රේමදාස මේක බලන්න ආපු බවත්, නැත්තම් හෙලිකොප්ටරයේ යන ගමන් පිට්ටනිය හදන හැටි බැලුව බව ඇත්තක්.

ඔය වැඩේ කළේ කොළඹ නගරාධිපති සිරිසේන කුරේ තමයි. රු. මිලියන 110 කට නගර සභාවේ සේවකයෝ 800 කගේ සෘජු ශ්‍රම දායකත්වය එතන තිබුණා. වියදම නගර සභාවෙන්. විදුලි ආලෝක කුළුණු සඳහා අගමැති අරමුදල් සපයා තිබුණා.

ක්‍රීඩාංගනය හැදුවේ පළාත් පාලන ආයතනයක් වුණ කොළඹ මහ නගර සභාවේ ඉංජිනේරුවන්, සේවකයින් මිසක් රාජ්‍ය ඉංජිනේරු සංස්ථාව නෙවෙයි. වැඩේ සැලසුම, තාක්ෂණය, තනිකරම කො.ම.න.ස. ඉංජිනේරු දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව! ඒ දවස්වල එහෙම වැඩ කරන්න පුළුවන් අය පලාත් පාලනයේත් හිටියා.

පළාත් පාලන ආයතනයක් විසින් සැලසුම් කරලා, වැඩ අවසන් කරපු එකම ජාත්‍යන්තර ක්‍රිකට් ක්‍රීඩාංගනය ඛෙත්තාරාමය යි.

ක්‍රිකට් පිච් එක හදන්න බාරවුණේ ස්ටැන්ලි ජයසිංහට, නමුත් ඒක කරගන්න බැරි වුණා. ඔහුට එය කර ගන්නට බැරි වුණාම තමයි අනුරුද්ධ පොලොන්නෝවිට (පොලොන්ස්) වැඩේ පැවරුණේ. ඔස්ට්‍රෙිලියාවේ පර්ත් ගිහින් බලලා ඇවිත් තමයි, හැදුවා කියන්නේ. එන්සීසී එකේ ග්‍රවුන්ඩ් බෝයි අලගසාමි තමයි ඒකට උපකාර වුණේ. ටොප් ලේයර් එකේ පස් මොරටුවේ තෙලවල කියන තැනින් තමයි ගෙනත් තියෙන්නේ. ඔස්ට්‍රෙිලියාවෙන් ගෙනාපු බ්ලු ග්රාස් ඇට තවන් දාලා පැලවෙනකල් බලාගෙන හිටියට, තනකොළ හැදිලා නෑ. හොයලා බැලූවාම ඒ තණකොළ ඇට, කුබී කාලා තිබිලා තියෙනවා.

නාගරික ඉංජිනේරු මාරසිංහ පෙරේරා. වැඩේ බාරව හිටියේ නියෝජ්‍ය ප්‍රධාන ඉංජිනේරු වාස් ගුණවර්ධන යි. ජල සහ මළ ප්‍රවාහන පද්ධතිය අධ්‍යක්ෂ එස්.ජී.වී.ගුණසේකර යි. එස්.ජයසුන්දර, කනගසිංහම්, සුසන්ත පෙරේරා වැඩේට කර ගහපු ලොක්කෝ. ඉඩම් බාරවෙලා තිබ්බේ, ලක්ෂ්මන් පෙරේරා ටයි. ප්‍රධාන ගෘහ නිර්මාණ ශිල්පියා වුනේ ලෙස්ටර් !

එදා, නාගරික කොමසාරිස් කේ.ටී.ඩී.තිසේරා යි. ඛෙත්තාරාමේ විවෘත කරපු දවසේ, එයට දායක වුණ වෙච්ච ඉංජිනේරුවෝ එක්ක ගත්ත ලොකු පින්තූරයක් ඔය ගොඩනැගිල්ලේ තිබුණා. සමහරවිට තවමත් ඇති. See the image @ comment

පිච් එක හැදුවේ නගර සභාවේ ක්‍රීඩා අධ්‍යක්ෂ අනුරුද්ධ පොළොන්නෝවිට යි. ඔහු තවම ජීවතුන් අතර ඉන්නවා ඇති. පුහුණුව ඕස්ට්‍රෙිලියාවෙන්, තණකොළත් එහෙන්.

ඔය ශෙයා වන පෝස්ට් එකේ කරුණු දොරඩලාවට ආපු ඉංජිනේරුවෙක් කිව්ව දෙයකින් ලියු බව සටහනවෙලා තියෙනවා.

ඛෙත්තාරාවේ හැදුවේ, ඉංජිනේරු සංස්ථාව නෙවෙයි. ඒක පට්ටපල් බොරුවක්. සිරිසේන කුරේ ගේ පුස්තකාලයේ ඛෙත්තාරාමේ ගැන ඇල්බමයක් තිබුණා. ඔහු මේ වැඩේ කරපු මිනිස්සුන්ගේ නම් ගම් පවා කට පාඩමින් කිව්වා. ඕමාර් කාමිල් හිටපු නගරාධිපතිතුමා මේවා දන්නවා. පිට්ටනිය හදන කාලයේ ඔහු නාගරික මන්ත්‍රීවරයෙක්.

ඛෙත්තාරාමය සුවිශේෂ වැඩක්. ක්‍රිකට් නිසා ලෝකයම මේ පිට්ටනිය දන්නවා. කුණු ගොඩක්, ලංකාවේ අනන්‍යතාව තියෙන ස්මාරකයක් වුණා. ඒක කරපු හැමට ස්තුති වේවා!

Sri Lanka’s property market has been growing at a steady pace, according to research from Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL). Figures show the local construction industry has seen growth from 7.3 percent in 2010 to 10.3 percent in 2013. Apart from these statistics, the change in the skyline of Colombo and the developments in other major cities and towns are clear evidence that the real estate market in Sri Lanka is expanding. There is no doubt that the country is undergoing considerable growth, but do you know which location is best to invest in? Invest in Colombo

It is no surprise to suggest an investment in Colombo. Due to increasing local and international investment in the economic hub of Sri Lanka, the value of property in the city is increasing. If you are planning to invest in a commercial property, Colombo is the right place because it has the highest number of properties in this category, including office space. The city limits give more prominence for commercial properties, whereas areas such as greater Colombo and suburbs are mostly residential. If you are looking to invest in a residential property within Colombo, apartments or condominiums are the way to go. With land to build individual homes becoming scarce – apartments are the next best alternative.
Invest in Galle

The town with eccentric Dutch-style homes and buildings is currently a major tourist hub. For this reason, homeowners around the Galle area are willing to lease or rent properties to visitors for a higher price. According to JLL, tourism in Sri Lanka has increased vastly, with an increase of 27 percent in the sector over the previous year. Investing in a resort or a villa around the Galle area presents a great opportunity for higher return on investment. The law states that international investors cannot purchase property in Sri Lanka, be it individual or commercial. However, they are allowed to enter a lease or rent agreement. This allows you to manage the property for a long-term and make the most of this booming area.

Kandy also attracts a large number of tourists for its ancient architecture, which is the last kingdom of the country. The kingdom which holds the tooth relic of Lord Buddha is an attraction for locals as well as foreigners. Due to the increase in tourism, combined with local infrastructure developments, property values in Kandy are on the rise. Unlike Colombo, the small but attractive town has a large amount of land for sale. Your best option investment would be to purchase a plot of land or an individual home which can be used for rental purposes for local firms or for individual home-buyers who are looking to retire.
