SLESA has, as per one of its main objectives, launched many welfare projects to keep its membership comfortable. Amongst them, grants given for members to purchase spectacles, hearing aids, undergoing any type of surgeries. Medical treatments, Scholarships for children of members and holiday bungalow facilities, elders home facilities, loans on easy pay back schemes, grants for medical requirement
