எமது திருக்கோவில் கால்நடை வளர்ப்பு பண்ணையாளர் பயிற்சி நிலையத்தில் TVEC சான்றிதழுடன் கூடிய புதிய பயிற்சி நெறிகள்!

எமது திருக்கோவில் கால்நடை வளர்ப்பு பண்ணையாளர் பயிற்சி நிலையத்தில் (Animal Husbandry Farmer Training Centre, Thirukkovil), மூன்றாம் நிலை மற்றும் தொழிற்கல்வி ஆணைக்குழுவின் (TVEC) அங்கீகாரம் பெற்ற சான்றிதழுடன் கூடிய "பால்பண்ணை உதவியாளர்" (Dairy Farming Assistant Course) பயிற்சி நெறியை ஆரம்பிப்பதற்கான உத்தியோகபூர்வ முதற்கட்ட நடவடிக்கைகள் வெற்றிகரமாக ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன!

கிழக்கு மாகாண கால்நடை உற்பத்தி சுகாதாரத் திணைக்கள மாகாண பணிப்பாளர் Dr. MAM. Zulficar Aboobucker அவர்களின் ஆலோசனையிலும், எமது நிலைய பொறுப்பதிகாரி Dr. Mrs. T. Gohulathaash அவர்களின் வழிகாட்டுதலிலும், அபிவிருத்தி உத்தியோகத்தர் Mr. NM. Naushad அவர்களினால் இத்திட்ட முன்மொழிவு தயாரிக்கப்பட்டது.

மாகாண பணிப்பாளர் அவர்களின் முழுமையான பரிந்துரையுடன் விவசாய அமைச்சுக்கு அனுப்பப்பட்ட அறிக்கையைத் தொடர்ந்து, விவசாய அமைச்சின் செயலாளரினால் TVEC ஆணைக்குழுவிற்கு விரிவான அறிக்கை சமர்ப்பிக்கப்பட்டு, தற்போது எமது நிறுவனத்தைப் பதிவு செய்வதற்கான நடவடிக்கைகள் விரைவு படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளன.

🎯 கிராமப்புற இளைஞர், யுவதிகளின் தொழிற்திறன்களை மேம்படுத்தி, புதிய சுயதொழில் வாய்ப்புகளை உருவாக்குதல்.
🎯 எமது பிரதேசத்தின் கால்நடை உற்பத்தித் திறனை அதிகரித்து, வாழ்வாதாரத்தையும் உணவுப் பாதுகாப்பையும் உறுதிசெய்தல்.

இத்திட்டம் சிறப்புற அமைய வழிகாட்டிய கிழக்கு மாகாண கால்நடை உற்பத்தி சுகாதார திணைக்கள மாகாண பணிப்பாளர் அவர்களுக்கும்,
எமது கோரிக்கையை ஏற்று முதற்கட்டப் பணிகளை விரைவுபடுத்திய கௌரவ பாராளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர் கௌரவ அபூபக்கர் ஆதம்பாவா, பா.உ. அவர்களுக்கும், விவசாய அமைச்சின் அதிகாரிகளுக்கும் எமது மனமார்ந்த நன்றிகளைத் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறோம்!

El Niño Drought Challenges and Livestock Management

As part of the Department of Animal Production and Health's ongoing efforts to strengthen the resilience of the livestock sector against the impacts of climate change, a special awareness training programme on "El Niño Drought Challenges and Livestock Management" was successfully conducted on 01 August 2026 at the Deegawapiya Division in Addalachenai Government Veterinary Range.

The programme was organized under the guidance of Dr. MAM. Zulficar Aboobucker, Provincial Director, Department of Animal Production and Health (DAPH), Eastern Province, and coordinated by Dr. Mrs. T. Gohulathaash, Officer-in-Charge of the Kanchirankuda Animal Husbandry Farmer Training Center (AHFTC).

The programme was chaired by Dr. A. Thaiuba, Government Veterinary Surgeon, Addalachenai. The resource person, Dr. B. Keerthana, Government Veterinary Surgeon, Pottuvil, conducted sessions on the impacts of El Niño on livestock production, drought-time fodder management, water conservation practices, livestock health management, and disease prevention measures.

Participants were also advised to maintain proper records of any drought-related losses and to report them to their respective Government Veterinary Surgeons. An information booklet on drought preparedness and livestock management was distributed to all participants.

The Department sincerely appreciates the active participation of the livestock farmers from the Deegawapiya area. Such awareness programmes play a vital role in enhancing farmers' knowledge and promoting sustainable livestock production under changing climatic conditions.

The programme was organized under the guidance of Dr. MAM. Zulficar Aboobucker, Provincial Director, Department of Animal Production and Health (DAPH), Eastern Province, and coordinated by Dr. Mrs. T. Gohulathaash, Officer-in-Charge of the Kanchirankuda Animal Husbandry Farmer Training Center (AHFTC).

The programme was chaired by Dr. Mayuran Yaminee, Government Veterinary Surgeon, Navithanveli. The resource person, Dr. H. Dahana, Government Veterinary Surgeon, Karaitheevu, conducted sessions on the impacts of El Niño on livestock production, drought-time fodder management, water conservation practices, livestock health management, and disease prevention measures.

Participants were also advised to maintain proper records of any drought-related losses and to report them to their respective Government Veterinary Surgeons. An information booklet on drought preparedness and livestock management was distributed to all participants.

காலநிலை மாற்றங்கள் நமக்கு சவாலாக இருந்தாலும், சரியான திட்டமிடல் மற்றும் முறையான பராமரிப்பு மூலம் எந்த ஒரு சூழ்நிலையையும் எதிர்கொள்ள முடியும்:

'எல் நினோ' (El Niño) விளைவினால் ஏற்படும் கடும் வறட்சி மற்றும் வெப்பநிலை உயர்வு சூழ்நிலையை பண்ணையாளர்கள் எவ்வாறு எதிர்கொள்வது மற்றும் தங்களது வாழ்வாதாரத்தைப் பாதுகாப்பது என்பது குறித்த சிறப்பு பயிற்சி நெறி கிழக்கு மாகாண கால்நடை உற்பத்தி சுகாதாரத் திணைக்கள மாகாண பணிப்பாளர் Dr. MAM. Zulficar Aboobucker அவர்களின் வழிகாட்டலில், காஞ்சிரங்குடா கால்நடை வளர்ப்பு பண்ணையாளர் பயிற்சி நிலைய பொறுப்பதிகாரி Dr. Mrs. T. Gohulathaash அவர்களின் ஒருங்கிணைப்பில், அக்கரைப்பற்று பிரதேச அரச கால்நடை வைத்தியர் அவர்களின் தலைமையில் அக்கரைப்பற்று பிரதேச கால்நடை வளர்ப்பு பண்ணையாளர்களுக்கு இரண்டாம் கட்டமாக இன்று (2026.07.23) அக்கரைப்பற்று பதுர்நகர் பொது விளையாட்டு மைதானத்தில் வெற்றிகரமாக நடைபெற்றது.

இப்பயிற்சி நெறிக்கு விரிவுரையாளராக அட்டாளைச்சேனை அரச கால்நடை வைத்தியர் Dr. Thaiuba Assanar அவர்கள் கலந்துகொண்டு பண்ணையாளர்களுக்கு முன்னெச்சரிக்கை நடவடிக்கைகள் குறித்து பயனாளிகளுக்கு தெளிவுபடுத்தினார்.

மேலும் இதன்போது பிரயோசனமான கையேடு ஒன்றும் வழங்கப்பட்டது.

இப்பயிற்சி நெறியில் அக்கரைப்பற்று பதுர்நகர் பிரதேச கால்நடை வளர்ப்பு பண்ணையாளர்கள் ஆண்கள் மற்றும் பெண்கள் என பலரும் கலந்து கொண்டு பயன் பெற்றனர் என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

கடும் வறட்சி மற்றும் வெப்பநிலை உயர்வு, சூழ்நிலையை பண்ணையாளர்கள் எவ்வாறு எதிர்கொள்வது மற்றும் தங்களது வாழ்வாதாரத்தைப் பாதுகாப்பது என்பது குறித்த விழிப்புணர்வு பயிற்சி நெறி PD, DAPH (E.P Dr. MAM. Zulficar Aboobucker அவர்களின் வழிகாட்டலில், OIC, AHFTC, Dr. Mrs. T. Gohulathaash அவர்களின் ஒருங்கிணைப்பில், திருக்கோயில் பிரதேச அரச கால்நடை வைத்தியர் Dr. U. Katheeswaran அவர்களின் தலைமையில் திருக்கோயில் பிரதேச கால்நடை வளர்ப்பு பண்ணையாளர்களுக்கு இன்று (2026.07.23) காஞ்சிரங்குடா கால்நடை வளர்ப்பு பண்ணையாளர் பயிற்சி நிலைய கேட்போர் கூடத்தில் வெற்றிகரமாக நடைபெற்றது.

இப்பயிற்சி நெறிக்கு விரிவுரையாளராக ஆலையடிவேம்பு அரச கால்நடை வைத்தியர் Dr.Mawuniga Sritharan அவர்கள் கலந்துகொண்டு பண்ணையாளர்களுக்கு முன்னெச்சரிக்கை நடவடிக்கைகள் குறித்து பயனாளிகளுக்கு தெளிவுபடுத்தினார்.

மேலும் இதன்போது பயனாளிகளுக்கு பிரயோசனமான கையேடு ஒன்றும் வழங்கப்பட்டது.
