MANDATE COMPLETED; Congratulations!
The Commission ended its mandate to the people of Joe Bar Community as we officially certificated in the just ended December 7, 2019 General Community Elections.
Speaking at the occasion marking the Inauguration of Officials-elected, the Chairman of the Commission, Mr. Abraham B. Mulbah, Sr. before presenting the certificates, thanked the Chairman Emeritus, Rev. Isaac Boe Doe for the privilege given to conduct the first ever democratic elections in the history of Paynesville Joe-Bar Community and appreciated the people of Joe Bar Community including Political Parties for the level of patriotism shown during the electoral process.
In conclusion, the Public Relations Officer, John K. Dolo reading the wording of the certificates congratulated the New Leadership headed by Mr. Jonathan L. Morris and corp of officers and called on them to deliver promises made to their people during the campaign period.

Mulbah,Sr. before presenting the certificates, thanked Rev. Isaac Boe Doe, Chairman Emeritus for the privilege given to conduct the first ever democratic elections in the history of Paynesville Joe-Bar Community and the people of Joe Bar including the Political Parties for the level of patriotism shown during the electoral process.
