"The construction of the Fisheries Complex is not merely about infrastructure; it is about building institutional strength, enhancing service delivery, and ensuring long-term sustainability within Liberia's fisheries and aquaculture sector.
Under the leadership of His Excellency President Joseph Nyuma Boakai, Sr., this Government is committed to ensuring that Ministries, Agencies, and Commissions gradually transition from reliance on rented facilities to owning permanent infrastructure.
This shift will promote operational consistency, reduce long-term costs, and enhance institutional stability."
