The INCHR Received Three Motorbikes from OHCHR Liberia to Strengthen Human Rights Monitoring in Three Counties
The Independent National Commission on Human Rights (INCHR) has officially received three motorbikes donated by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) to human rights monitors assigned in three counties.
The turnover ceremony, held at the INCHR headquarters, marked another step toward strengthening human rights monitoring and reporting across the country.
The motorbikes will support monitors in reaching remote communities, conducting investigations, and responding promptly to human rights concerns within their respective counties.

The Independent National Commission on Human Rights (INCHR) on Wednesday formally dedicated and transferred the Maher Town Memorial to the people of Bomi County in a ceremony marked by reflection, remembrance, and a renewed call for accountability.
The memorial, erected to honor victims of past violence in the area, was officially handed over to local authorities and community representatives during a public gathering attended by residents, traditional leaders, and government officials.
