The 15-member jury has finally decided the fate of five former public officials in a high-profile US$6.2 million corruption case. Three have been hooked while two have been fully cleared. Verity News has summarized the verdict as follows:

1) Samuel D. Tweah
Former Minister of Finance and Development Planning

Verdict:
Criminal Conspiracy: NOT GUILTY
Economic Sabotage: NOT GUILTY
Criminal Facilitation: NOT GUILTY
Theft of Public Funds: NOT GUILTY
Money Laundering: NOT GUILTY

2) Nyenati Tuan
Former Acting Minister of Justice

Verdict:
Theft of Public Funds: GUILTY
Criminal Facilitation: GUILTY
Theft of Property: GUILTY

3) Jefferson Karmoh
Former National Security Advisor to Pres. Weah

Verdict:
Criminal Facilitation: GUILTY
Criminal Conspiracy: GUILTY

4) D. Moses P. Cooper
