Countdown – Impact 60: The United States through the Global Fund and direct foreign assistance helped everyone in Lesotho who received the groundbreaking PrEP drug lenacapavir remain HIV-free for a whole year.

Basotho across the country continue to receive lifesaving injections of lenacapavir, a powerful step towards preventing new HIV infections and towards building an HIV-free generation.

If you are at risk of HIV infection, visit your nearest healthcare facility to learn more about lenacapavir and speak with a healthcare provider. This biannual PrEP is helping individuals, families, and communities take control of their health and protect their future.
