Connaissez-vous les roses du Luxembourg?
Jusqu'au 18 octobre 2026, le Fonds Kirchberg co-organise avec Patrimoine Roses pour le Luxembourg une exposition en plein air dans le Parc Central sur le patrimoine rosier luxembourgeois.
L'exposition est installée entre le Kyosk et le plan d'eau.

🏗️ Première pierre du projet KIPI au quartier Kiem !

Le Fonds Kirchberg a officiellement lancé les travaux du bâtiment KIPI, situé à l’angle de la rue Simone de Beauvoir et du boulevard Konrad Adenauer à Luxembourg.

Ce nouveau projet mixte accueillera :
🏡 la Quartier Stuff du quartier Kiem, un lieu de rencontre et de vie pour les habitants,
🛏️ ainsi que 10 chambres de coliving, une première pour le Fonds Kirchberg.

Le bâtiment, conçu par AT Architecture, mise sur une architecture compacte et durable avec notamment :
☀️ panneaux photovoltaïques,
♻️ pompe à chaleur,
🌱 aménagements végétalisés.

Avec KIPI, le Fonds Kirchberg poursuit son engagement pour un développement urbain durable, favorisant à la fois le lien social et de nouvelles formes d’habitat adaptées aux modes de vie actuels.

To celebrate Europe Day on 9 May, the Fonds Kirchberg invites you to join a free guided tour exploring the Kirchberg district – an area built from scratch in the 1960s to host Luxembourg’s European institutions.

From the European Parliament and the Court of Justice of the EU to the European Investment Bank and many others, Kirchberg has played a central role in Europe’s story.

Over the decades, the Plateau has transformed dramatically: once a green, administrative campus, it is now becoming a vibrant, mixed‑use neighbourhood where people live, work and connect – and it’s still evolving.

📍 Le chantier Kennedy South vu du ciel – avril 2026

Aujourd’hui en travaux le long de l’avenue J. F. Kennedy, ce site se transforme peu à peu pour devenir un véritable lieu de vie.
Demain, il accueillera neuf immeubles résidentiels, avec des commerces et services en rez-de-chaussée pour animer le quartier au quotidien.

Le Fonds Kirchberg y propose 72 appartements et 8 townhouses à la vente sur le marché libre. https://kennedy-south.com/
Au total, ce sont 245 logements qui verront le jour, dont une part importante de logements abordables, proposés à la vente ou à la location par la SNHBM.

Un projet qui renforce la mixité du Quartier européen et offre de nouvelles opportunités pour habiter au Kirchberg.

🚧 Travaux dans le parc Réimerwee – 1er & 2 avril 2026 🌳

Des travaux de réfection de la couche d’asphalte auront lieu les 1er et 2 avril 2026.

👉 Le chemin piéton principal sera fermé durant toute la durée des travaux.

Pendant ces deux jours, les piétons sont invités à utiliser la piste cyclable, qui sera exceptionnellement partagée entre cyclistes et piétons. 🚶‍♀️‍➡️🚴

🚧 Works in Réimerwee Park – April 1 & 2, 2026 🌳

As part of asphalt resurfacing works, the main pedestrian path in Réimerwee Park will be closed on April 1 and 2, 2026.

👉 During this period, pedestrians are invited to use the cycle path, which will be temporarily shared by cyclists and pedestrians. 🚶‍♀️‍➡️🚴

Thank you for your understanding and for staying alert while moving through the park during the works. 🙏

🚧 Travaux du tram sur le boulevard Konrad Adenauer 🚧

Le chantier d’extension de la ligne de tramway à Kirchberg se poursuit. Les travaux actuels concernent le boulevard Konrad Adenauer, où plusieurs interventions sont en cours et nécessitent des fermetures temporaires à la circulation.
Le détail de ces fermetures sont précisées sur le site du Fonds Kirchberg, www.fondskirchberg.lu

Ces travaux s’inscrivent dans la réalisation du nouveau tronçon qui reliera le pôle d’échange Pfaffenthal/Kirchberg à l’École européenne.

La mise en service de cette extension est prévue pour la rentrée 2027.

🚧 Tram Works on Boulevard Konrad Adenauer 🚧

The extension project of the tram line in Kirchberg is progressing. Current works concern Boulevard Konrad Adenauer, where several interventions are underway and require temporary traffic closures.

These works are part of the construction of the new section that will connect the Pfaffenthal/Kirchberg interchange to the European School.

The commissioning of this extension is scheduled for the start of the 2027 school year.
