نختتم مبادرة مشروع «أثر» بكلمة من مديرة مركز أعمال بنغازي، هند البشاري، ونتقدم بجزيل الشكر والتقدير لكل من ساهم معنا في إنجاح هذا العمل، ولكافة القائمين عليه.
وقد أثمر المشروع عن تخريج 20 شابًا وشابة بواقع 18 مشروعًا رياديًا يخدم قطاع ريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية، حيث قدم المشاركون أفكارًا ومبادرات مبتكرة تسعى إلى إحداث أثر إيجابي ومستدام في المجتمع ومعالجة عدد من التحديات التنموية من خلال حلول ريادية واعدة.
وكانت جميع المشاريع المشاركة جديرة بالتقدير لما عكسته من إبداع وجهود متميزة، إلا أن المنافسة أسفرت عن فوز أربعة مشاريع تميزت بأفكارها المبتكرة وأثرها المجتمعي وإمكانية تطويرها وتحويلها إلى مشاريع مستدامة.
وتحصل كل مشروع من المشاريع الفائزة الأربعة على جائزة مالية تُقدّر بحوالي 25 ألف دينار ليبي، دعمًا لأصحابها وتمكينًا لهم من المضي قدمًا في تنفيذ مشاريعهم وتحقيق أثر أكبر في المجتمع.
يأتي هذا المشروع ضمن منصة وصلة، بدعم من GIZ، وتنفيذ Super Novae، وبالشراكة مع البرنامج الوطني للمشروعات الصغرى والمتوسطة.

We conclude the Athar Project Initiative with a speech by Hind Al-Bashari, Director of the Benghazi Business Center. We extend our sincere gratitude and appreciation to everyone who contributed to the success of this initiative and to all those involved in making it possible.
The project successfully graduated 20 young men and women, representing 18 entrepreneurial projects focused on the field of social entrepreneurship. Participants presented innovative ideas and initiatives aimed at creating a positive and sustainable impact within their communities and addressing various developmental challenges through promising entrepreneurial solutions.
All participating projects deserved recognition for the creativity, dedication, and effort they demonstrated. However, the competition resulted in the selection of four winning projects, distinguished by their innovative concepts, social impact, and potential for growth and sustainability.
Each of the four winning projects received a financial award valued at approximately 25,000 Libyan Dinars, providing support to help their founders move forward with implementation and maximize their impact on society.
This project was implemented under the Wasla platform, with support from GIZ, implemented by Super Novae, and in partnership with the National Program for Small and Medium Enterprises.

هاجر الزوي صاحبة مشروع Perla، وهو مشروع ليبي قائم ومتخصص في إنتاج منتجات طبيعية للعناية المتكاملة بالجسم، تُصنع بأجود الخامات المحلية والعالمية، وتحمل ترخيصاً من مراقبة البيئة الليبية.

يهدف المشروع إلى توفير منتج ليبي عالي الجودة قادر على منافسة المنتجات المستوردة، من خلال تقديم بدائل طبيعية وآمنة بأسعار مناسبة وجودة متميزة تلبي احتياجات المستهلك المحلي.

ويركز مشروع Perla على تعزيز الثقة بالمنتج الوطني، عبر تقديم منتجات عناية شخصية تجمع بين الجودة والفعالية والالتزام بالمعايير البيئية والصحية، بما يسهم في دعم الصناعة المحلية وتوسيع حضورها في السوق.

ويُعد المشروع نموذجاً واعداً للمشاريع الريادية التي تسعى إلى تقديم قيمة حقيقية للمجتمع، من خلال توفير منتجات محلية منافسة تجمع بين الجودة والسعر المناسب.

أسامة الحلواجي صاحب مشروع "ورشة نجارة"، وهو مشروع متخصص في صناعة الأثاث العصري وترميم القطع الأثرية (الأنتيك)، ويهدف إلى تقديم منتجات خشبية تجمع بين الجودة والجمال والحرفية العالية.

تسعى الورشة إلى توفير بيئة عمل صحية وملائمة، مع التركيز على تصميم أشكال خشبية جذابة تلبي مختلف الأذواق والاحتياجات، كما تعمل على إحياء القطع الأثرية وترميمها بما يحافظ على قيمتها الفنية والتراثية.

عزة العجيلي صاحبة مشروع "رواد الذكاء"، وهو مشروع تعليمي وتقني قائم يركز على تمكين الجيل الناشئ من عمر 4 إلى 18 سنة في أحدث مجالات العصر، بما يشمل البرمجة والروبوتات والذكاء الاصطناعي.

لا يقتصر هدف المشروع على تقديم التدريب فحسب، بل يسعى إلى غرس الشغف بالتكنولوجيا لدى الأطفال والشباب، وتنمية مهارات التفكير المنطقي وحل المشكلات لديهم منذ سن مبكرة، بما يساهم في إعداد جيل قادر على مواكبة التطورات التقنية المتسارعة.

كما يعمل المشروع على اكتشاف المواهب الواعدة وصقلها، وإبراز قدراتها محلياً ودولياً من خلال المشاركة في المسابقات الدولية للذكاء الاصطناعي، إلى جانب نقل أحدث الخبرات والتطورات العالمية للمتدربين بصفته وكيلاً محلياً لشركة هندية رائدة في هذا المجال.

ويُعد المشروع منصة واعدة لبناء قادة التكنولوجيا في المستقبل، من خلال توفير بيئة تعليمية محفزة تجمع بين الإبداع والابتكار والتعلم العملي.

The project’s mission goes beyond training alone. It aims to inspire children and youth to develop a passion for technology while enhancing their logical thinking and problem-solving skills from an early age, helping prepare a generation capable of keeping pace with rapid technological advancements.
