Marjane holding et Foncière Chellah annoncent l’ouverture de "Marina Shopping Center", nouveau centre commercial à Casablanca, en avril prochain. Ce nouvel espace du shopping abrite plus de 140 enseignes, un hypermarché Marjane et 4 tours de bureaux. Il dispose également d’un parking d’une capacité de plus de 1.400 places.
A noter que Marjane Holding et Foncière Chellah ont constitué une joint-venture sous le nom "Aldar", dont Marjane Holding est actionnaire à hauteur de 60% et Foncière Chellah à 40%

Yesterday, i visited , near the world’s largest solar power plant, stretching over nearly 3,000 hectares. It is difficult to envisage the size of the project which is already generating over 600 MW of power.
The are using Noor to demonstrate three different types of concentrated solar power as well as ‘traditional’ photovoltaic cells. This focus on solar power has made them amongst the world leaders.
But the most impressive and eye-catching is the 250 metre-high tower, which yesterday was in its final trial phase. It is the biggest of its kind in the world and generates approx 160 MW of energy and can continue to provide electricity for up to seven hours after the sun sets. The mirrors arranged round the tour heat it to nearly 600 degrees centigrade making it shine so brightly that looking at it without sunglasses on was blinding.
It is a hugely impressive achievement. I have tried to give you an idea of the scale of the plant in the attached photos, but they cannot really do it justice.
