As always we are looking for parking spots at Parc Saint Roman. If you know of any available for rent or sale please send a message.
Also, if someone are using parking places for storage and long term parking and would be willing to swap spaces - it might also be interesting for residents.

Sunday afternoon someone vandalized the door to the pool from the garage.
Please post if you know something - not acceptable.
Once again we are looking for a car parking for rent (or sale) in Parc Saint Roman, please comment if you have one available.

The residence Parc Saint Roman was designed by the prestigious architect Luigi Caccia Dominioni who was born in Milan on on December 7, 1913 and responsible for numerous building projects mainly in Italy.
He was considered a "pioneer" when he presented at the VII Triennial in Milan a series of radios. The "Caccia" cutlery Luigi Caccia Dominioni designed are shown at the Museum of Modern Art of New York.
The complex was built in 1982 and is divided into two blocks; La Tour (108 meters) and Les Terrasses which totals some 390 apartments from studios to penthouses of more than 500 sqm as well as 5 levels of basements comprising more than 400 parking spaces.
The views from the terraces of Le Parc Saint Roman extend all over the Principality of Monaco, the sea and the coast from Italy to Cap Ferrat. The Parc Saint Roman residence is enclosed in large private gardens – which are among the largest in Monaco.
The residence also has a large 33m long, shared outdoor swimming pool, sauna, gym, a snack-bar and a dedicated garden area for dogs – all facilities are free for the residents in the Parc Saint Roman.
