🌈 Prejudice and hate speech against Montenegro’s LGBTIQ+ community are real. This must end.
On this International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia , we call on everyone - from officials to individuals - to stand up for equal rights of all no matter one’s gender identity or who one loves.
✊ Together, we must:
• Challenge prejudice and discrimination
• Hold those who spread hate and violence accountable
• Strengthen Montenegro’s legal framework by adopting the draft law on legal gender recognition based on self determination
