We have a great team communicating public affairs messages and projecting the great work done by — our PAO, is at the heart of it, selflessly behind the camera telling Kwaj’s story so well! Thank you Sherman!

Happy 46th Jemenei (Constitution) Day to our essential Pacific partner, the Republic of the Marshall Islands!🇲🇭
My friends and took these photos of an RMI flag and a shot of the territorial waters around the Marshall Islands Ralik chain, the northern portion of Kwajalein Atoll and Roi-Namur are visible just lower left of center.
The strategic importance of U.S. Army Garrison - Kwajalein Atoll began in 1944 and remains equally true today! Very proud to be kicking off this Operation FLINTLOCK 81st Anniversary week with this video sharing a family connection to the battle fought here.

This weekend reflects on the waves that struck Roi-Namur a year ago today with such destruction, and kicked off months of Operation Roi Rat Recovery and Task Roi Rat! — The actions that night and the months afterwards capture the spirit of TEAM KWAJ and the core ideas that unite us. First, Kwajalein Atoll is a vital asset to our Nation. The attention and support we received from DOD and Congressional leaders underscore our critical mission here. And second, and equally as important, this is our home. Our community came together in the face of adversity, demonstrating resilience and unity. We love this place, and the shared experience of that night forged an unbreakable bond among us. There will forever be a distinction between ‘before the wave’ and ‘after the wave.’ Since then, we have made remarkable progress, but our journey is not over. Together, we will continue to rebuild Roi-Namur, stronger and better than ever before.
