On Tuesday, Ambassador Paul had the honour of attending the University of the South Pacific (USP) graduation ceremony in Majuro, in the presence of USP Chancellor, His Majesty King Tupou VI of Tonga. π
A special congratulations to our Australia Awards graduates, Wayne Kijiner, Sharla deBrum, and Joy Ratidara, on reaching this important milestone. Your hard work, dedication, and commitment to your studies have paid off, and we are proud to see you join the growing network of Australia Awards alumni making a positive contribution to the Marshall Islands. π²π π¦πΊ

After donating sports equipment and musical instruments, we shared games, songs and laughs with the community, on another very hot day! π₯πΆ

With the rest of the Australian Defence Vessel (ADV) Reliant's crew busy working to off-load ACWA+ equipment, Second Secretary Phillips was pleased to provide some entertainment for students from Ujae Public Elementary School π²ππΆπ¦πΊ
Like in Enewetak and Wotho, the Australian Embassy gifted a school lunchtime sports kit and a full junior softball kit for Ujae's students π₯. One lucky student, who volunteered to learn some chords, even got gifted a guitar by the Embassy πΈ
