REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications for all positions
- Graduates
- University/ College degrees.
- Work Experience Related Position
- Strong Knowledge of Operation
- Advance MS Excel Skills
- Good English Communication
- Fluency in at least one common foreign language.
- Literacy in using computers for office operations.
Other required knowledge and skills:
- Knowledge and understanding of the organisational structure
and financial and accounting operation of BMF;
- Understanding of the mechanisms, regulations and
procedures of Myanmar and BMF on micro-credit activities;
- Financial statements analyzing skill
- General knowledge about laws.
- Planning skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Managing and leadership skills.

👉Key Responsibilities:
- Advise and assist the Board of General Directors in reviewing and handling company operations.
- Translate and interpret documents to support company and departmental activities.
- Interpret for the General Director during internal and external meetings or dealings with government agencies.
- Consolidate, review, and evaluate departmental reports.
- Support the General Director in external affairs.
- Prepare reports as requested by the Board of General Directors; proactively report significant events immediately.
- Participate in special committees as directed by the General Director.
- On behalf of the Board of Directors, urge and remind departments about their tasks.
👉Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
