• Operate and Maintenance of office supplies and equipment, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines,
voice mail systems, and personal computers
• Control, monitor and manage stationery stock and supplies
• Manage the schedule of receptionist, cleaners and messenger
• Manage office environment
• Handle phone calls, mails and manage courier services also greet visitors
• Liaise and negotiate with external suppliers/vendors for administration and finance issues
• Manage expenses and invoice settlements
• Perform other related duties as assignment

Job Specification

• Burmese Nationality, Female age over 25 years old
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum LCCI Level-II
• At least 3-4 years of related experience
• Have a Computer literacy

• Take off quantities from drawings and prepare a BOQ and price in each system
• Executing full proposals and costing of main equipment and material for tendering process
• Receipt and registering of documentation for tendering
• Coordinate with supplier for prize list and comparison of cost
• Work with concerned parties to update the project's estimated cost for checking by the supervisor
• Understanding job specifications, the scope of work, conditions, and related issues
• Review and revise all tendering documents when re-condition
• Perform other related duties as an assignment
• Keep and develop relationships with suppliers & owners

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• At least 8 years of experience in M&E Contracting business will be advantage
