Responsibilities

* To produce Engineering Documents (drawings , technical illustrations and manuals and etcโฆ) and ensure they are completed with the required time frames
* Responsible for database maintenance to ensure documents and drawings up to date and relevant by utilizing drafting resources and software
* Work closely with senior designers / managers to translate their design concepts and calculation into technical drawings for review and presentation
* Able to work as a team
Requirements

* Degree/Diploma in Engineering and Certificate in drafting or its equivalent
* Preferably 1-2 years relevant working experience (**Fresh Graduate also welcome!)
* Experience in steel fabrication or manufacturing environment would be an advantage
* Proficient in AutoCAD , Sketch Up, Photoshop
* Must be self-motivated and independent
* Good working attitude with high level professionalism , integrity , initiative and a team player
* Possess excellent written and oral communication skills

Work independently for tender and post tender contract administration , typically for commercial office fit-out, lab fit-out , banking branch and F&B.
Responsibilities

Tender ;
* Liaise with consultant/client for all tender queries/clarifications and addendums ; Brief and clarify for internal team and subcontractors
* Call quotations for all tender scopes/trades
* Compare supplier/subcon offer
* Submit Tender (BQ , list of long lead items and other documents required
* Follow up tender questionnaires , addendums and re-submissions , commercial negotiations and etc
Post Tender ;
* Monitor budget control and projected cash flow
* Negotiate with suppliers/subcon for best price
* Submit progress claim and variation orders , till final account
* Assess and negotiate subcon VO, till final account
* Provide cost estimate to clients/consultant when requested
* Keep live communication with project team and purchaser during the whole construction process
Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, engineering or similar.
* Min 2-3 years of experience in related fields.
* Good command of English , both spoken and written.
* Construction estimating or finance experienced is advantageous.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

* Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
