Golden Valley Villas Cluster Housing Project is 10-numbers of 6-Storey Building with each land owner and sharing land for Swimming Pool and Playground Garden. The 2 apartments in front forms the main design of the facade followed by the 8 nos. of houses behind. These 8 units are designed as one from Level-1 up to the Level-6.

The apartments starting from Level-1 are made-up of homogeneous tiles, floor and walls. The 2nd up to 5th are almost alike while the 6th is an open area crowded with tables and chairs or a Restaurant.
