I’m grateful to have worked with such a dedicated team during the “Eternal springs youth center” youth project.

Залуучууд сургах хөтөлбөр нь "Эрүүл, баяр жаргалтай, амьдрах хүсэл эрмэлзэлтэй, нийгэмд эерэг нөлөө үзүүлэх залуусыг бэлтгэх" зорилготой хөтөлбөр.
Анх 2002 онд "Жэй Си Эс" ОУБ-ийн залуучуудын төслөөр төсөл санаачлагчидын хүсэл тэмүүллээр уг хөтөлбөр хэрэгжиж эхэлсэн бөгөөд өдгөө 12 удаагийн урт хугацааны хөтөлбөрийг амжилттай хэрэгжүүлсэн түүхтэй.
Орон нутагт тэр дундаа хөдөө суманд анх удаа хэрэгжиж байгаа уг хөтөлбөрт хамрагдсан бүх залуустаа баярлалаа.
Бидний үйл ажиллагааг дэмжин хамтарч буй бүх эцэг эхчүүддээ талархал илэрхийлж буйг хүлээн авна уу.
Хөтөлбөрийн дагуу "Эх орноороо аялан танилцъя" уриатайгаар оролцогч залуустайгаа Монгол орны минь төдийгүй дэлхийд алдартай "Хөвсгөл нуур"-ыг зорин очиж танилцлаа.
Аялал маань 2 шөнө, 3 өдрийн хөтөлбөртэйгээр явагдсан бөгөөд явган аялал, морин аялал, завьтай аялал зэрэг адал явдал инээд хөөрөөр дүүрэн болж өндөрлөлөө.
Хэдийгээр санаачлагч зохион байгуулагч нь " Бялхам Үндэс ТББ" боловч оролцогч бүх залуусын оролцоо, санаачлагыг дэмжих үүднээс бүхий л үйл ажиллагаа, төлөвлөлтөнд залуус маань үүрэг хариуцлагатай оролцсонд талархаж байна.

The Abundant Roots youth program, “Encouraging the youth to pursue a healthy, joyful, and socially beneficial life and influence those around them.”
J.C.S. first began working to develop youth programs in 2002, and they have continued to successfully work with the youth up until today, twelve years later.
We would like to extend our gratitude and appreciation to all of the young people who participated in the first youth program here in our rural community.
We would also like to thank the parents for their support and collaboration.
This group of young people was able to visit and explore Mongolia’s Khuvsgal Lake. We spent two nights, and three days, at the lake exploring on foot and on horseback, thoroughly enjoying the experience.
Thank you to all those who participated in this adventure, Abundant Roots for the support and organization, and the young people who made it possible.
This is the beginning!
A bright future is possible, and the young people hold the key.
Let us continue building into the lives of this new generation.

Монгол залуучуудын төлөө эхлүүлсэн энэхүү төслийг санаачлагч нар нь гадаад хүмүүс байсан хэдий ч тэдний халуун сэтгэл, холын мөрөөдөл нь тухайн үед ажиллаж, суралцаж байсан олон залуусын зүрх сэтгэл бодол оюунд өвлөгдөн үлдэж, үргэлжлүүлэн хойч үеийнхээ төлөө залгамж болох чин хүслээр цохилсоор байгаад талархнам.

1958 онд зогсож байсан тэр хүмүүстэй ижил зураг 1996 онд давтагдаж, ихэнх хүмүүс өнгөрчээ.
50 гаруй жилд заримых нь амьдрах хугацаа дууссан байхад заримых нь үргэлжилсээр...
Биднийг анзаарч амжаагүй байхад бидний хайртай дотны эсвэл хамт ажиллаж, хамт сурч байсан бүр хаа нэг таардаг нэгэн ч ялгаагүй өдөр бүр, долоо хоног, жил бүр бага багаар, алхам алхмаар алсран алсарч өөр цаг хугацаа, өөр ертөнц, өөр хэмжээст шилжин энэ хорвоогоос буцдаг.
Бид үүнийг үхэл гэдэг.

An applicant’s education and experience must directly relate to the Internship for which they are applying.
Benefits of the program:
Participants will:
1. Receive on-the-job training in all facets of their selected area of interest and qualification.
2. Additional training may be provided in supervisory skills, customer service skills and English language skills.
3. Placement depends upon qualifications of the applicant and departmental needs. The program bridges the participant’s course of study to their career development objectives.
4. While participants gain practical knowledge in their specialized fields, the American staff gains international cultural and business awareness.
5. The participants not only gain valuable insight into American business methods and practices, they immerse themselves into American society and culture.
The applicants are allowed to apply for this internship program only through selected visa sponsors.
