Study In Lithuania

Lithuania ranks 1st in Europe and 4th globally for the quality of its entrepreneurial environment, according to the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) 2025/2026 National Entrepreneurship Context Index (NECI).

In the global ranking, Lithuania stands alongside the UAE, Taiwan, Saudi Arabia, and India in the Top 5.

Lithuania is also one of only four economies worldwide where all key framework conditions – including access to finance, innovation infrastructure, and policy/regulation – are assessed as “sufficient or better.”

This provides a clear basis for business leaders, investors, and global partners to plan long-term growth in Lithuania.

On March 6, 2026, Ambassador N.Oyundari met with dr. Rūta Kačkutė, General Director of the Lithuanian National Museum. During the meeting, they discussed organizing the “Chinggis Khaan” exhibition in Lithuania within the framework of the memorandum of cooperation signed last year between the Chinggis Khaan National Museum and the Lithuanian National Museum.

On March 5, 2026, Ambassador N.Oyundari met with Mr. Laimonas Talat-Kelpša, Political Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania. During the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on bilateral relations and multilateral cooperation.
