A legal advisor and lecturer by profession, son of painter Ana Pessanha🖌️, Luís grew up surrounded by art and, with his partner, has spent the last decade quietly collecting works by local and international painters, artisans and photographers. Each modest piece carries a story; together they have transformed a simple apartment into a living gallery. Come and experience these intimate selections and the joy they bring. ❤️

🎉經濟學家如何透過藝術觀察世界？在本次Show-Off 4.0展覽中，我們有幸邀請到 José Isaac Duarte 分享他的私人珍藏。

👍Duarte 不僅是資深的經濟學講師與時事評論員，更是推動葡語系國家藝術的先驅。身為雅辰酒店 Amagao 畫廊的創辦人，他對文化交流有著深厚的情懷。此次展出，他帶來了莫桑比克藝術巨擘 Malangatana Valente Ngwenya (1936–2011) 的傑作。

🖖🏾Malangatana 是二十世紀非洲藝術界舉足輕重的人物，他身兼畫家、詩人與政治家，作品更被紐約現代藝術博物館 (MoMA) 收藏。現在，您無需遠赴海外，即可在氹仔感受這份震撼心靈的藝術力量。

🎉Ever wondered how an economist sees the world through art? We are honoured to feature the private collection of José Isaac Duarte in our "Show-Off 4.0" exhibition.

👍A respected economics lecturer and commentator, Duarte’s passion for culture led him to found the Amagao Gallery, bridging Macau with the Lusophone world. In this special showcase, he shares the powerful works of Malangatana Valente Ngwenya (1936–2011).

🖖🏾Malangatana wasn't just a painter; he was a poet, activist, and a titan of 20th-century African art whose legacy resides in prestigious institutions like the MoMA in New York. Now, his vibrant, soul-stirring vision is right here in Taipa.
