Typhoon Sinlaku left behind a lot of damage, but today I finally have some downtime to focus on cleaning up our property with my family. As hard as this season has been, moments like this remind me that even in destruction, there’s still an opportunity to come together, work side by side, laugh, talk, and appreciate each other more. Rebuilding isn’t just about fixing what was broken — it’s also about starting fresh and growing closer through it all. One step at a time.

From food and water to supplies and simple conversations, every stop reminded us that Tinian is built on strength, love, and community.
After two consecutive, direct hits of super typhoons. This is nothing new to the people of Tinian. This is what the people of Tinian do. They put their heads down n work. They show up for each other and THAT, is TINIAN STRONG!
