June 2nd, 3rd, & 4th 2026
From 8:00 am to 3:00 pm
at the south side of the NAP building.

Please make sure you bring a VALID NAP ID (yellow card) and photo ID.

1 commodity bag for each VALID NAP ID presented.

Good Rainy Morning CNMI,
Hot Food Waiver has been extended.

Applies only to approved pre-packed hot food items.
You may use your LOCAL benefits to purchase the hot pre-packed meals and also imported fruits and vegetables.

This waiver does not include restaurants.

Thank you all for your patience. As many of you may already know, NAP recipients should have already received the 63% benefit for April.

If you have not yet received your benefits, please contact our office for assistance.

Temporary work registration requirements have been waived. Households that are normally required to register for work are automatically exempt until further notice.

Please be advised that the NAP Office will be closed from Monday, April 27, 2026, through Wednesday, April 29, 2026. During this time, we will be conducting preparation for the May Regular NAP Benefits.

Normal office hours will resume on Thursday, April 30, 2026.

On April 11, 2026, the Commonwealth declared a State of Significant Emergency and a price freeze under the Commonwealth Disaster Price Freeze Act.

All prices of items for sale, as well as housing rentals including apartments and condos, remain frozen until the order is rescinded or the emergency is terminated. Price increases are prohibited while the freeze is in effect.
