The SAAR Team extends our heartfelt thanks to Ms. Luella Marciano and the CNMI Indigenous Affairs Office for inviting us to be part of the 2nd Annual Cultural Heritage Road Map on September 12, 19, 24, and 26, 2025 in celebration of Cultural Heritage Month. ๐บโจ
We had the privilege of presenting to middle school students (6th, 7th and 8th graders) from the CNMI Public School System about the importance of staying drug free, and how making healthy choices connects with protecting our culture, values, and future. Alongside this, we also shared our programs and services, so students know where support and resources are available.
A big thank you as well to PSS and all the other non-profit organizations and government agencies who came together for these meaningful events. Together, we continue to build awareness, strengthen our culture, and support a healthier community.

On September 23, 2025, the SAAR Team had the privilege of going live on KKMP! ๐๏ธ Weโre so grateful to Mr. Gary Sword and Mr. Gordon Marciano for opening the airwaves to us and allowing us to share about our programs, services, and the goals weโre working toward for our community. Conversations like these help us spread awareness, connect with more people, and continue building hope for recovery and beyond.
