Parents, please remember: You are responsible for the sole usage of your child’s fobs! These fobs should never be kept by the Childcare Centre. Keeping them on hand is important, as leaving the fobs at the Centre could result in your child's application being suspended. ❌

This policy helps us ensure compliance with the Free Childcare Scheme’s regulations and prevents misuse of the system. Let’s work together to keep things running smoothly! 💚

🎉 What is a Fob? 🎉

Once your Free Childcare Scheme application is approved, your chosen Childcare Centre will assign you TWO GREEN key fobs, linked to your child’s profile. These fobs are essential for logging your child's attendance at drop-off and pick-up times. ⏳

By using these fobs, we ensure your child's participation in the scheme is accurately tracked. This means their absence entitlement is safeguarded and won’t run out unnecessarily! 💡

If your little one is celebrating their 3rd birthday soon, it's time to prepare for their exciting transition from the Free Childcare Scheme to Kindergarten 1! 🎒✨

The Free Childcare Scheme supports children from 3 months up to 3 years old. Once they turn 3, they become eligible to enroll in state-provided Kindergarten 1. Children turning 3 by the end of December 2024 will start Kindergarten 1 on October 1st 2024. 🤩

📣Attention Parents/Guardians📣

𝗗𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱’𝘀 𝟮𝟱% 𝗮𝗯𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗿𝘂𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗹𝘆!

Review and update your booked childcare hours monthly. Inform the center of any changes by the end of the previous month. 🗓️
Remember, service hours are calculated from drop-off to pick-up. 🚸There's no minimum booking requirement, but overbooking reduces your yearly absence hours.
