Citizens are to submit and pay the forms online through mytax.mtca.com.mt 💻

Companies, entities, and non-residents are to submit and pay tax on rental income through https://tinyurl.com/8dj6tc77

For further assistance, call 153 for citizens or 144 for businesses, or visit any servizz.gov hub in Malta or the MTCA office, Republic Street, Gozo.

📢 VAT guidelines on the place of supply rules for streamed and virtual activities have been published by the MTCA, together with updated VAT guidelines coming into effect on 1st October 2026 on the place of supply rules for electronically supplied services (ESS).
